Springhill Suites Nashville Brentwood

We had to switch rooms after we arrived because our refrigerator was froze up and not cooling. Instead of just swapping out the refrigerator, they made us move rooms. The room they put us in was less than clean. There was what looked like vomit caked on the back of the sliding bathroom door. It dripped although way down onto the carpeting. The bathroom is a poor design as it shines a very bright light onto anyone sleeping while someone is in the bathroom with the frosted glass door. The shower had mold and the door did not seal so always water on the floor. After my first shower, I grabbed a towel and was totally grossed out by what looked like a huge diarrhea stain on the inside of the towel. Why would you fold a towel like that? We exchanged it with another towel with the cleaning lady in the hallway and low and behold another brown stain on that towel. The cleaning lady was embarrassed! Springhill Suites you need to do better for $200 a night!!!

I attempted to address a booking issue with the front desk staff, which proved pointless. The staff member was short, rude, and offered no solutions or problem solving outside of rebooking and paying for both bookings. My booking agent and Expedia tried to contact the hotel staff and received the same experience and were hung up on by the that staff member. After those phone calls, the staff member stopped answering the phone altogether. I had the privilege of being checked in by that exact staff member the next day and was met with the same level of customer service. I don’t intend to return and will discourage colleagues from doing the same.

Excellent location, offered water, good parking, great space in the rooms, nice staff. Overall great place I would go back. The bed wasn’t super comfortable and the room fan/AC which you need on, blew right on the bed. I managed but otherwise great space and layout

We had a wonderful stay. We did not care for the turkey sausage at all. It was a bit nasty. And I feel like the breakfast choices could have been larger. But all in all it was great. Thank you all so much.

Stayed here for a couple days in February, at the end of a hockey tournament. We decided to stay a couple days more after the tournament and explore Nashville. We loved the stay in this hotel. It was clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the lady at the front desk was so kind and helpful. My only criticisms were the space around the pool looked like it could use a freshen up, and the breakfast could have used a few more options. It was limited for someone like me, who has a slightly restricted diet. The only oatmeal they had was the sugary kind, I was looking for plain, and all the prepared food was highly seasoned….minus the eggs, they were good. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here, and would stay again when we go back to Nashville.
