Location We didn't get the breakfast that was supposed to be included. Water pressure in the shower was poor. And the bath tub drain was backing up. This place has gone down hill. Very disappointed. Won't be staying at this location again.

Very clean. Loved the Crabtree & Evelyn bath/body products. The restaurants served good food with helpful, friendly service. Our server at dinner was very entertaining. Members of our party enjoyed the selections at bur bon, one of the 2 the restaurants available. Breakfast was good. Staff were friendly. Nothing

The rooms were spacious and the bed was so comfortable that we wanted to stay an extra night since we slept so good! We will definitely stay here again on our way to Chicago.

The suite was extremely clean, it was like we had our own apartment. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was enormous. The girl working the desk when we checked in was not very informative. We had never been here before and she did not explain the room location or how the breakfast worked the next morning

I liked the lobby. I also enjoyed a glass of wine at the bar. The room smelled like mold, was dirty, makeup stained lamp shades. Hot tub was full of kids and even all night in the pool. Would suggest adults hours after 9 or 10. The spa was the reason i chose this hotel over others.
