The non-smoking room smelled like smoke and were stained. One of our rooms the burner wasn't on the stove. The pictures online are deceptive. The stairs aren't safe leading from the second floor to the third was crumbling. We left within 20 minutes of checking in. I've never done that before.

It was clean and the shower was excellent! The kitchen was not equipped with anything that wasn't nailed down. Bring your own EVERYTHING! The sheets were really scratchy (but clean it seemed).

Nothing at all room smelled horrible , not really clean. To many people roaming around the area , hallways looked filthy, my room door had so much stains on it

Had limited service from the staff. Limited amenities. A fight broke out in the lobby area during my stay and cops and ambulance were called

Nothing Where do I begin, there were bugs, appears to have been a leak where the mini fridge was so the wood was rotted out, condensation on our windows from the inside of the room and so much water damage that had a shitty repair job. There were stains on the bedside lamps. We weren’t in the room more than 10 minutes before we asked for a refund and left. Poor staff, poor service, and shitty hotel room

1. “Free breakfast” was instant oatmeal packages only. Ignore the pics that show other offerings like granola bars and packaged muffins as they aren’t offered. 2. No kitchenware in suite (had to ask for kitchenware and was told “we don’t leave things in the suite because people steal them.” I expect to get what I paid for and don’t expect to have to go to a different building to get stuff and then walk back and climb 3 flights of stairs to bring it to my room and discover I have 2 forks, no butter knives, and only plastic spoons.) 3. No cups/glasses at all so had to cup my hand to get water to rinse after brushing my teeth! 4. No kitchen or living area trash can. Just the tiny bathroom trash can which doesn’t help with food waste. 5. Large stovetop burner wasn’t attached properly so we couldn’t use it. 6. No dish soap so couldn’t wash the few kitchen items I had to get from the desk attendant. 7. There was an approx 2 inch hole in the kitchen countertop. 8. Toilet seat wasn’t properly attached so the seat shifted every time you sat.

Safe part of town. Good value for where it is and especially having the kitchen available in the room. Staff is courteous. No way to plug tub for bath— used washcloth. Brown stains on 2 washcloths. Bed clean but not very comfortable. Sign on desk in a.m. said back in 15 minutes. Was trying to get out the door for an important meeting and needed hairdryer, so did makeup in office and the wait was closer to 30 minutes from when I first saw the sign. Got hairdryer, but it didn’t work in any of the plugs , even after resetting the trip switches, so I dried my hair with the ac unit fan. The “continental breakfast” was just a few different oatmeal packets and coffee, which was only slightly lukewarm.

The staff wouldn't help me when my key card was messed up, and it took a long time to get help when I was checking in It seemed to be a bit rin down to be in such a nice area

Breakfast, coffee, tea and oatmeal. Had to get a hair dryer and cooking items from the office as they don't have any in the room. My 75 year old wife was using the grab rail while going down the stairs and it came off the wall, she nearly fell down the stairs. We will not stay here again.
