Everything was great. Will be staying here again!

Our stay was brief. We didn’t utilize any of the amenities. I did have a great sleep.

Beautiful hotel with a solid staff! The carpet in our room had a couple large stains but other than that our room was really nice, bed comfy, bathroom clean! Great location downtown for walking to restaurants and bars. We would happily stay again!

Location was decent, the room was spacious. Had a good check out experience with a nice member of staff. Television lacked interactivity. Decor could have done with some freshening up.

Location may be good for convention, but not much street life for expensive downtown hotel. Minimal soaps and shampoo, had to go to front desk for ice.

Wonderful. Michael at check in was so sweet and welcoming, hotel was beautiful and a super convenient location.

The guy at the front desk was very rude. Seemed annoyed every time we talked to him. Made it very clear that we were not members and treated as such . We were there for an event that got rescheduled because of the weather. When we spoke to him about our options he would get really short with us and say he can’t control the weather. Pretty much told us that we were not members and that we used Expedia, and acted like he wanted us to figure it out with Expedia. All we were asking about was a late check out. We would have probably stayed another night or paid whatever we needed to, to get a late check out. The way he spoke to us made us not want to spend money at a Hyatt ever again.

The breakfast was awful and overpriced.

Convenience to ride the Metro to Key Bank Center When we tried to checked in at 4 pm our room was not ready. They said it would be a few minutes longer but after 45 minutes we were still not able to check-in.

Staff was super nice and helpful. The place was beautiful and in such a great location. Clean rooms and areas. Would definitely stay again.

Disappointing

Our room was a suite and air conditioner was not working . Maintenance was too look at it while we went to concert. Came back a few hours later and still not working called service desk and they sent a Maintenance guy by with a fan. Not happy with the stay due to air conditioning not working.

Went to use shower in the morning and there was no cold water only scalding hot, tried several ways to get cold water. So was not able to shower. Pretty awful

Staff was great! Lobby is great. Room was rundown. Bed was comfortable.

Staff where friendly

When we booked our room we requested a Queen or King size bed. When we arrived at our room it had two double beds. We did keep that room only because we had a late check in.
