402 has mold and birds living in the ceiling

Staff was unavailable. I waited 45 minutes to check in because no one was at the front desk and the housekeeper could not find someone to assist.

The tub drain not working properly

We were barely talked to at the front desk, the room was dirty and stained, and when we went to check out, there was no one at the desk, so I had no way of knowing how much I was going to be charged until it hit my account. Overall just an unpleasant stay.

The breakfast waffles were good Very dirty, our room had paper stuffed in the drain hole in the sink. The sink water smelled terrible! I wouldn’t even use it to brush my teeth. Shower water smelled fine

Property was totally rundown. Outside was falling apart in places, exercise room was disgusting. I had to clear out the beer cans to use the treadmill then noticed red and brown stains all over it. The outside entrance doors has the electric scanner turn out and doors were duct taped open. Not safe at all. My hairdryer burnt up first time I turned it on and could not get another one.

That was the most worst place in cedar rapids that I have ever been in the room had stuff still on the floor there was a hole in the bathroom ceiling like it had leaked and it looked moldy and dirty and nasty there was a ring around the bathtub and then I go to go to the pool to go swimming get in the pool and it is freezing freezing cold even though it was really nice out but this water was so cold it's like somebody dropped ice cubes in there and there are bugs flies gnats and food in the pool so no I was not too happy I even left extremely early because I was so disgusted so no I would not recommend that hotel to anybody

Good location, easy check in and out process. Overall pretty quiet, considering our room was right by the entrance. Breakfast was ok, not many choices but overall ok. While we were sitting in our room, someone used a key and opened the door, as I was approaching they just said oh sorry. Not sure what that was all about, seemed strange, after that kept do not disturb and extra lock on.

Bed seemed clean enough, shower was gross.

This hotel is a dive. The toilet lid was completely unattached in 223. How does housekeeping not report this? No elevator, dirty floors, and the grass hasn't been mowed in a month. Absolutely horrible experience
