Love staying there. The staff are always polite and helpful. The location is perfect to head out and just walk.

The rooms need to be cleaned better. Hand prints on the entry and bath doors, footprints on the furniture, stains in the carpet. We will not be back.

Great staff. Great place. Valley attendants were so helpful, courteous, and quick, even being so busy. They were great.

Our 4th time to a Drury, and they just remain outstanding! So clean and spacious! Amazing breakfast! Easy parking. Is there anything they don’t do well? I don’t think so! Favorite hotel chain ever!

Usually, I skip these reviews, but this hotel was excellent! Convenient downtown location, excellent breakfast, great 5:30 kickback, and all around a beautiful hotel.

If you are member of drury hotel , they won't honors if reserved from expedia. Even added special to get rooms close or join room with kids, they told there were no special requests.. so wired..parking is not free

Room was great and very clean. There was a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee pot. It’s walking distance to many restaurants.

The entire stay was exceptional. From the minute we stepped out of our car, valet service was outstanding. Staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was fabulous with many options. Most definitely will be booking again!

Absolute gem in the middle of the city. The historic building made for large rooms, and a sense of class throughout. The staff was very friendly and helpful. If I’m back in Cleveland, we will certain stay here again.

Nice, unique old-style hotel with welcoming staff and employees. Beautiful grounds and building centrally located between the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame and Progressive Field. Nice king-size room, clean, with furnishings and interior well maintained. Complimentary breakfast and dinner well presented and managed. Easy check-in and check-out at the front desk.
