Parking is not convenient and the front desk gave us wrong room number

Exceptional. I brought the kids to come swim and they had a ball. Everyone was nice and welcoming. The manager expedited the cleaning of our room as well. Will stay here again.

7 am. Maintenance starts repairs on the room next to us. Banging on walls. This did not have to happen at 7 am. Ruined our stay. And when the valet brought back our car the steering wheel was sticky. Gross.

Every member of the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We arrived late and it was great to feel welcomed. The restaurant had great breakfast chouces, too! Everything was great!

The rooms also did not have microwaves in them, so you have to go down to the lobby if you want to warm anything up.

You have to figure parking out or use valet which is $50-60 but kind of worth it i like their valet.

Very nice view from the side of the green and partial of Lake Erie. Walkable to big ticket items like museums, civic institutions, promenades, ale, ballparks. Slept very well in the bed, the bar area was comfortable, and the lobby airy and nice. Did not use pool. Did not like charge for water in sultry weather, with no drugstore or convenience stores around to provide hydration.
