This was an excellent experience. My only issue was a brief elevator outage. Otherwise, my stay was exceptional.

This place was great. It felt like early 20th-century elegance. The hotel was outstanding, within easy walking distance to the Guardians game, and just around the corner from the lake. We will be back for sure!

Beautiful hotel. We had an issue with our remote and they came up right away to fix it . Was a very rainy day and we were so happy that we didn’t have to go outside to get to the arena

The only thing is that the area feels a bit sketchy at times... but honestly would 100% stay here again.

Everything was wonderful about the hotel but one thing. The rooms were clean and beautiful and large, with a stunning view! The shower was clean and luxurious. The front desk staff were superb. The hotel bar was a little chaotic, 5 servers struggling to figure out how to serve 5 people, but the drinks were good. The exercise room is outstanding. The weekend breakfast buffet is not worth $28, maybe not even worth $10 -- no butter for toast anywhere, cold pastries that tasted right out of a supermarket fridge -- and with the coffee at $5 you'd do better walking a block or two down Euclid. If you know where to park a few blocks away, you can save a lot of money over valet.
