The property was clean, quiet and the view of the city was a hit! Basic living in a modern luxury apartment. The beds were comfortable. We lived the fitness center-easily accessible and quiet. Every time we visit family in Cleveland, this will be our “go-to” stay.

Great location and convenient parking attached to the building. We reserved on Spot Hero ahead of time and had zero issues. Front desk folks were super friendly and helpful. Aside from from some signs of wear (wobbly couch) the space was fresh and clean. Bed was a bit too firm for me, but it was nice having the King size.

Staff insanely helpful room was big and had everything needed

Top notch space, BIG room, it was an entire modern Apartment!!!!, We were impressed by how clean it was, staff and service was fantastic, we decided to stay here because it was very close to the House of Blues, great pick!!!!

Great room!

Lobby, Bedrooms, Kitchen, Fitness center all modern and clean. Staff courteous and helpful. Great facility security. Check in and parking a little confusing at first and ramp is tight especially for larger SUV’s. Great location for walking to restaurants and Progressive Field. I highly recommend Roost

We were so glad we selected The Roost for our stay in Cleveland. It started with the friendly helpful staff at check in and throughout our stay. The building security gave us a good sense of safety. One of the biggest perks was the building was within walking distance of so many venues and restaurants. We securely parked our car in the connecting garage and didn’t worry about driving anywhere (unless we wanted to). We would stay there again and recommend The Roost to everyone.

The staff were amazing!! The room wasn’t the cleanest, though.

Ok, im gonna be honest. I didn't expect low to the floor beds. Not really my thing AT ALL !! Other than that, the room was very nice. Lots of space, very comfortable and relaxing. I was in town for fun and everything I could ask for was right outside the doors. Great location, I will definitely rebook if im in the area.

Everything was perfect and we loved staying here

On the downside, the bedroom has no windows and the living room also is likely in a courtyard as it was all a bit dark. But would be a fabulous place to stay for longer term. Also 2 bathrooms! A powder room outside of the bedroom if you have guests.

Everything was all good as usual!! From staff and to my room!! I stay here every time when in town!!

Clean room.

Roost is a great value very large apartment style living in downtown. Couple small downsides, the bed is very low to the floor (but comfortable), HVAC is loud could be a problem for a light sleeper but I like background noise. Also because it is not a traditional hotel there is no restaurant or freshly made coffee in the morning so prepare for that accordingly.

We were so impressed with this Hotel. It was a former residence and the rooms are absolutely huge, we were able to get a two bedroom the size of an apartment. Everything was flawless. Can’t recommend this place enough. It’s location perfectly located.

First time but not the last time. Great location, huge room, good price, safe, easy parking etc.

Big and comfortable. Worth the price.

The room was great! I would have given the property 5 stars except the parking situation was a real pain. Parking deck was hard to manage with a big SUV. Getting in and out with a QR code was a great idea, but the system never worked and I had to wait for staff almost every time to get me in or out of the deck.
