My only real concern was the sheets on our bed had a blood stain on it we only discovered when we went to go to bed. Breakfast was very nice! Big room and food was kept full. Thank you

Breakfast was very good. And the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We stayed in the Euclid Tower, which was definitely a real hike. We did not like that. Also, the shower was too small and I’m not a real big man.

Bed was Comfortable loved the size of the room and the kitchen. Staff was great. Hotel was beautiful. First got there open the refrigerator and there was someone old food in the fridge. Made me doubt how clean the room really was. The stairs to get to the room was difficult to get to the room. Also valet workers didnt open the door for you. Right when i was leaving one ataff finally did open the door for us.

Have stayed multiple times. Always a good experience. Clean room, helpful staff, good breakfast. Great location for Rocket Arena and Progressive Field events.

I liked that the property was in the heart of downy and the ambiance it held. It felt very Victorian and classy. I like everything about the property. The staff were very friendly, professional and nice.

Location The room smelled like fish. It was dirty and musty. We couldn't wait to leave and no one slept well.
