Very clean, friendly staff. Would definitely stay there again.

Cool atmosphere and clean spacious rooms in a great location. Staff were friendly and helpful at every turn. A great choice.

The area surrounding the hotel had a crackhead smoking in front of the hotel shouting about god, and another woman let us know white people are terrible. The three blocks to the stadium had a few more of these folks, but it is the city and these are tough times. The “bodega” at the front desk had few options, and all of it was fancy, but strange brands that I’ve never heard of, and no bottled water. Ketchup flavored chips for $8, and health bars I’ve never even seen at the grocery store. There is no free breakfast, or even complimentary coffee, but there was a wine tasting thing going on for an hour at some point. Asked later in the evening if we could have a cot, as my teenage boys were arguing over their queen bed. Was told our room does not qualify for a cot. Extremely disappointed for the cost.

Seemed run down. Like maybe it was an older kimpton that just needs to be refreshed, but the furniture in my room was stained and kind of nondescript. the room was small, and the desk staff seems too busy to really make you feel very welcome. i’ve stayed in quite a few help Kimpton‘s and usually they are the opposite. It was OK but for the price I think I’d go somewhere else if I were going to come to town again.

Centrally located in downtown Cleveland 0.2 Miles’s from Progressive Field with many choices of restaurants and bars. Nice lobby in hotel to relax with large table and couches to relax on. Would definitely go back on our next trip! Parking for $55 per day allows you to use car throughout the day with paying again if needed.

We went to see a game so the property was super close to the stadium. Clean hotel, nice

This is a contemporary hotel in a historic building in the heart of downtown Cleveland. The rooms are a bit on the smaller side due to the age of the building. The beds are very comfortable. In spite of its location on a busy street, the rooms are quiet.

I travel to Cleveland frequently for work. This was the first & last time staying here. I paid $250/night for a room with a non-working AC unit. I went to the desk to ask them about it, they told me it was “motion activated.” I went back to my room & walked around for a few minutes - still nothing. Looked around & couldn’t find any sensors. Called down to the desk & they offered to send an engineer to check it out…at 9:30PM. I had to ask to be moved to another room, in which they acted like that was the most difficult thing they had to do. The new room had a working AC, but not a great one. I live in a large city so the outside noise didn’t bother me, but if you aren’t used to it then I could see the street noise being bothersome. The hallway noise was annoying. There’s a several inch gap from the door to the floor so you hear EVERYTHING in the hallway. It had a good view, but not worth staying here at all. I didn’t trust all the reviews I read about the staff, but they were right…

My favorite hotel in Cleveland. Close to dining, comedy clubs and activities. The hotel restaurant is another favorite!

If you need something brought to your room expect to have to call multiple times and wait awhile. The physical hotel was great. The staff didn't seem to understand customer service or basic problem solving skills. Location is great.

We enjoyed our stay and would like to give a special shout-out to Joseph from the front desk. He went above and beyond to make our stay to celebrate our 25 year anniversary special. He is an absolute gem! Our room wasn’t ready at check-in, so Joseph provided us with drink coupons to get a cocktail while we waited. We had mediocre, at best, service in the restaurant on Saturday, with the bartenders spending more time talking to each other, than with the guests. We were charged for a drink we ordered but was not served to us…until we were presented with the check and made the bartender aware. We gave the restaurant another try for breakfast on Sunday, and the bartender and our meals were excellent. A totally different experience from the evening before. All in all it was a good experience and if in the area, we will consider staying at this Kimpton.

We had a wonderful experience! Everyone was so helpful and the facility is beautiful and wonderfully maintained. We will definitely be staying again!

Reasonable rates, friendly helpful staff, clean rooms! Perfectly positioned for trips to Progressive Field and The Rock 'n Roll Hall Of Fame! Can't wait to go back! Thank you!

Great location for the arenas in Cleveland.

My stay there was amazing. The location was in great vicinity to the event that I was attending. I could walk just a few blocks to everything. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend this Hotel for any "Out-Of-Towner" who enjoys music and sports. This is the place to stay.
