We had a lovely weekend stay at Fidelity in Cleveland. The entrance to the hotel is unassuming but we were impressed from that point on. The valet staff were always present and remembered us. The check in staff in the lobby were welcoming and engaging. The bar staff were knowledgeable and provided amazing service. Everything in this hotel is thoughtful - from the decor in the lobby to the room. We stayed in a petite suite with a small dog. There were no issues with my pet which was great. My partner and I decided that we will always stay at Fidelity when we do business in Cleveland. The hotel and room were clean and well attended. The suite was spacious. The bathroom was spacious and beautiful. I cannot say enough good things about this hotel!

This is a BEAUTIFUL hotel! From the moment we walked through the doors, we loved everything about it! Super friendly staff, impeccable service, and the aesthetic is amazing. Every piece of art, every color….incredible. Our room was super clean and perfect for our visit, our new go-to place to stay when we visit family. Could not have been a better experience. Thank you for taking great care of us! We will be back soon.

The hotel was super chic and everyone was extremely nice! We had both breakfast and dinner at the Club Room and enjoyed both meals. This is definitely my go-to hotel next time I’m in Cleveland.

If I had to pick any flaw, it would be that we hate refrigerators filled with junk for sale. Like to use refrig for leftovers. But a small flaw indeed. Glad than one is coming to Cincinnati.

We had an amazing overnight stay! What a beautiful decorated boutique hotel and we absolutely loved our room with the claw bathtub. The staff was friendly and kind, we enjoying an evening drink and snacks at the bar too! Easy walking to nearby restaurants too! Highly recommend!

Everything about the Fidelity Hotel is exceptional. The ambiance is gorgeous (the colors & decor are all beautiful), the food at the restaurant is fantastic, the staff are very welcoming and look to go above and beyond to make your stay memorable. They have the softest towels & bathrobes. The rooms are very quiet. My fiance and I have made a pact that we will stay at the Fidelity every time we are in Cleveland.

The first room I was placed in was exceptional - loved the bedding and the easiness to adjust the window treatment however due to mobility issue (torn meniscus surgery) I was unable to use the shower ( bathtub was exceptionally high) Was transferred to a smaller room with walk in shower but lacked at least one security bar in shower plus no nonslip mat on tile floor - was unable to use it as no security bar inside shower made it dangerous due to knee issue plus window treatment adjustment required pull chains Liked the ability to make coffee in room! However had a scary emergency at 2:00AM due to lights inside cabinet which were flashing and hissing - called desk and fellow came immediately and pulled cabinet away from wall and pulled plug out ! Early morning coffee was available in lobby and tastefully presented - restaurant on premises was excellent!

Excellent property in the heart of Downtown Cleveland … On the pricey side but worth it! Staff throughout, shower, restaurant and bed were the best in the world! Could use a little more lighting in the corner king but overall fantastic!

Reece! Awesome customer service and cool spot for breakfast and whatnot. Parking situation was only mildly inconvenient.

The valet attendants were fantastic; helpful & friendly. As a solo, female, traveling I always felt safe coming and go from the hotel. The doors lock at 10pm and require a room key for entry. The desk attendants were very friendly, always had a hello/good morning/evening. The room was small, but stunning! I chose the hotel for the aesthetics and they did not disappoint! I would absolutely stay again.
