Clean room, friendly staff!

Very clean and close to Rock and Roll hall of fame. We attempted to go to dinner at the restaurant one evening and it was closed due to some electrical issue? We told the front desk person we were looking for a restaurant where we could get a salad, she sent us to a pub down the street that just had fried bar food and pizza. Right across the street from Rocket Arena, so a good place if you are going to a game. No good restaurants nearby on a Monday or Tuesday night - Just bars. Lots of shuttered buildings in the area. Our Uber driver had to drop us off a few blocks away because some of the streets were closed due to a game going on at the arena. Unless I was going to the arena, I would not stay here again although the hotel was clean and well maintained

Not well managed, seemed short of staff. Couldn’t reach front desk from my room phone with issue with tv remote. So missed a World Cup match. No coffee!!! In room or lobby, nothing complimentary. I was directed to the restaurant to get a cup of coffee but only one person was working & didn’t have time to wait, so just requested my car $60 for 1 night valet and drove to a gas station & headed home.

I have stayed here not to long ago I love how the location is convenient to local events and overall it's a nice place

Location, would be easy for games at both stadiums. Hotel is under construction which made it difficult to get from floor to floor. Had initial issues with cleanliness in our first room but it was quickly rectified with a room relocation.

Only one elevator working.
-
Great location for the price, spacious room with fully equipped kitchen and appliances, beautiful design The only downside is the noise coming from the outside but that’s not the hotel’s fault so just bring some good ear plugs for a good night sleep

They don't have an on-site parking but they do have a valet parking that charges $50 per night in addition to paid street parking and a parking facility across the street. The front desk and valet staff was friendly but the restaurant staff was a little rude, specially towards kids-she did sense our annoyance and tried to make it up later. Breakfast is not included and must be paid for separately.

Check in was easy. Julie was friendly and efficient. I left my Inspire remote in my room. Joanne was very helpful and mailed it to me. That was exceptional service.

No breakfast great location

Location was everything. The staff was excellent. The hotel itself needs some work. The elevators very painfully slow. The second floor, where our room was located, could be mistaken for The Overlook Hotel. My husband’s voice changed, sounding like an alien, as soon as we got off the elevator. It only lasted about 10 seconds. Strange things were happening. After discussing this with the breakfast waitresses in the restaurant, they told us that it was haunted.

Great walk to the stadium. Beds soft and view of stadium

Room was somewhat cleaned. Really the only issue was the bathroom not as cleaned as it should have been. Also the door lock for the bathroom was broken. Not that I needed it at all.
-
Its a great location, especially if you're in town to see the Cavs or the Guardians. The bathroom was small. The hotel is undergoing renovations. So, it was down to one elevator, making it a long wait to go anywhere

The breakfast and the service in the restaurant was atrocious. The potatoes serve with brekafst were salty to the extent that they were not edible. When the waitress was informed of this, she replied, "Most people like them." Not at all helpful. I would recommended going to one of the fine eateries in the area and passing on eating at the Indigo restaurant.

There was a tobacco pouch on the shower floor. No way had it been cleaned. We stay here a few times a year and are usually very happy. The construction on the elevators was going on over a month ago when we were there and still going on?

Everyone I came in contact with was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was very good. Very convenient for a baseball game. I would go back again.
