They had a sport team staying at the same day . They had cops stopping us to enter the hotel unless we show our room keys. They wouldn’t allow us in the lobby . They wouldn’t allow us to use the resultants. They wouldn’t allow us to be even on the curbside . I need a refund

Wonderful staff here, so clean and quiet, restaurants on site are fabulous! Stayed for nearly a week for the Cleveland clinic and would come back here in a heartbeat!

We were stuck downtown after a concert, couldn't find an Uber. We called the hotel and they had someone pick us up right away. We were a family of four. Wonderful.

Proximity to Clinic . Rooms very dirty. Walls dirty, old carpets, old bathroom.. The hotel needs an upgrade. Specially paying a night for almost 400.00 american dollars.

Breakfast was way below average and expensive, without knowing this was an additional cost. Valet parking was a surprise cost. Our booked room with two double beds was not available, and we had to get a rollaway bed. very expensive and very frustrating.

First, the staff are awesome! The club lounge hostess, Antoinette, was the highlight of our 2-day stay. Warm, friendly and welcoming. Second, we enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Third, the hotel's third floor connects to the Cleveland Clinic. Very convenient. Lastly, this hotel needs refreshing and updating. We paid $800+ for two nights, and expected so much more in terms of decor and cleanliness. I really felt duped. Carpets, furniture, walls all had stains.
