However, the room and the bathroom left a few things to be desired The shower was miserable ( second floor) The carpets were threadbare No way to control the temperatures in the room And the food was another story😓

Es un hotel viejo, no vale el precio de o oferta. El servicio tampoco fue el esperado. Llegamos a la medianoche y no había nadie en la recepción. Tuvimos que esperar largo rato. La condición de la propiedad debe mejorar, está todo muy viejo y desgastado.

We booked two separate suites one for us and one for my parents for our son's graduation. The two queen bed suites were perfect for us. Very roomy and clean. Our suite was on the 7th floor and although the same layout as my parents on the 5th floor our room on the 7th was updated in terms of aesthetic. Both were clean but ours was nicer. But this did not diminish the stay at all. With it being a graduation weekend where all hotels were packed, the staff were incredibly helpful. The valet parking was flawless despite all the comings and goings. The parking staff did a fantastic job. Overall would highly recommend.

The staff at this property was attentive and nice. The property left a lot to be desired. When reading the reviews prior to booking it seemed like the property was renovated, but that was not the case for us. We were put on the third floor adjacent to the Cleveland Clinic Sleep Clinic. Had I known I was paying to essentially to stay at a hospital I would not have booked. The room looked like it had not been renovated in at least 20 years. Dated, with ripped wallpaper and rugs, dirt on the doors and the toilet and sink drains were slow. There was a piece of paper in the hallway on the floor for the entire stay which means the staff did not vacuum the rugs. I had read that this property had recently been renovated but was not the case for us. In fact this is the second time I stayed at an IHG property that was borderline disgusting. I understand that there are probably a lot of people that stay because of the hospital but there were quite a few people staying there to for the Bruce Concert and the Knicks. Big mistake on our part. If this property was appealing to you because it is a bit cheaper than the hotels downtown think again. It is cheap but not clean or comfortable. Also you are required to use valet for parking. We parked with our fuel at 50 miles and when the car was returned the next day it was at 28 miles and the car smelled. Pretty sure my car was used for some joy riding by the staff. Very disappointing experience.

While the room was clean and comfortable, the hallways were not. We were happy there was a bar/restaurant but the food and service were mediocre. To be fair, the serving staff was not adequate in number but the servers working were hustling and as attentive as possible. Kudos to the young woman at the front desk…extremely nice and helpful. Small but functional gym is available.

We enjoyed our stay immensely however there is one thing we both agreed on, that being not enough server staff in the dining area.

The room was nice and so were the people. The food was okay, but not healthy. I assume a lot of people that are ill and going to the Cleveland Clinic stay there, the map of it is even on the document given. It would be absolutely amazing if there were some healthy options, like lower sodium and such.
