This was a nice surprise! The room was clean, climate control worked well, and the bed was the best part with great bedding, comfy pillows, and a wonderful mattress. After a full day of travel I was ready for a good night’s sleep and this hotel delivered on that. I’ll stay again when I travel through.

Good location, easy to get on highway. Free parking, breakfast includes hot food. Quiet, clean and comfortable room. There are a few markets nearby. No problem using WiFi in the room. none

The hotel wasn’t far from the downtown core and it didn’t cost much to Uber there. The staff were quite outgoing and personable and breakfast being provided really did help get the day started without headaches. A big, open parking lot provided peace of mind so as to not having to worry about getting a ticket. Having a gym is great to keep those muscles fit and I especially loved those cubby chairs in the lobby — shaded, comfy and with a desk. Nothing really comes to mind in terms of negative aspects

Great service and very clean

There were a variety of choices for the complimentary breakfast, and the dining area was nice with plenty of seating. The room was clean and spacious with plenty of towels in the bathroom. The room had plenty of electrical outlets. There was even a guest accessible laundry room on our floor which was nice. The parking area was convenient with no need for valet service.

It met my expectation. Smokers immediately outside the entrance.

The hotel is newer and clean looking. Staff friendly and helpful and polite. The bed was comfortable. Air conditioner worked well.Big bathroom and nice walk in shower. Soap and shampoo products provided. Plentiful food to pick from for breakfast. Hotel was easy to find. Not much around hotel to get something to eat.more like out of way.

Exceptional

The front desk staff was rude and at best, indifferent. The hallway carpets were dirty, mattresses were uncomfortable, and the breakfast bar was not maintained until our last day. The staff could have cared less. Never smiled. We felt like we were an inconvenience.

This chain is definitely a bottom of the barrel Hilton stamped hotel. CHEAP! But not by the price paid! The room was nice sized and the bathroom too. However that didn't make up for no coffee maker in the room, no microwave, (only coffee in lobby and 1 microwave!) The fridge was a micro fridge that was barely cold with no adjustment in temperature! No ice bucket or cups in the room and 1 single trash can in the room! The bed mattresses were horrible and neither of us slept well! Will never stay at a Tru hotel again. Their lobby was very nice and comfy but that doesn't make up for all the other things that were missing.

I didn't get the girl's name that was working front desk when checking in. I want to give props to her. Power was out because of a storm and she made sure everyone checking in was taken care, even with systems down. She literally was running her butt off. She deserves a raise or at the least hazard pay for that day! Breakfast was ok. Biscuits and gravy would have made it excellent. More of a selection, donuts, muffins, etc

The window blackout cover was damaged and did not fully block outside light, resulting in excessive light entering the room during the night.
