I stayed for 1 night. It was close to where I would be going. I received cookies at check in. The room was nice 1 queen size bed room. It was clean. I didnt care much for the bartender who worked during the day seems likes she was focused on other things besides customer service. The bartender who worked at night was very friendly and helped. The kitchen had already closed but she recommended a near by restaurant which delivered. Overall good experience I would definitely stay there again. Parking was only accessible with the room key which I really liked.

The people at the desk were surly and not friendly. To get to the breakfast area, I had to negotiate six stairs. There was no ramp or elevator. I would not stay there again.

I do a lot of traveling, we have never been to Cleveland but an illness brought us to Cleveland Clinic after 6 hours in car then hours at the hospital only wanted a clean room and a good meal. The windows look like they have never been cleaned. The bathroom and bathroom floor was filthy. Bed was clean only positive. My husband walked out on breakfast food horrible. Thank You won’t be back

Beautiful older property minutes away from Little Italy, and not too far from r&r hall.

The best amenity of the hotel was the shuttle bus and the drivers. Read room description carefully. Housekeeping was spotty at best. Towels were minimally adequate. Prices for breakfast were outrageous, only an $18 breakfast buffet, no ala cart. No bellmen. The place is beautiful and historic, but I would not go there again nor would I recommend it.

Train you staff to act like professionals when greeting and interacting with guests. I dealt with two front end staff members who treated me as if I was bothering them. Instead of greeting me they stared angrily at me even after I said the first hello. They did not respond with a hello or hi back to me. They were rude and unprofessional.

I love the uniqueness of the hotel but it was perfect that the shuttle took you within a 3 mile radius. Next time. I’m in Cleveland. I will definitely come back excellent five point

Always a solid room and great staff

Everything was pretty much good. It would have been helpful to have a table with at least two chairs (to play cards or a game or something / also to eat at) in the room as well as a sitting chair. The room can accommodate at least 4 people, however there was only one wooden chair. Restaurant served a good meal, however only one waitress with every table filled = long wait.

This is an absolute beautiful building with great history. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Both dinner and breakfast were excellent. Parking is available right beside the hotel, which was so helpful. The staff were all so kind and ready to help me with anything. I highly recommend this location. They are within walking distance of CC but they also can call the shuttle for you.

Wasn’t very clean so that took me out where it was difficult for me to want to stay there.

I was pretty unhappy with our stay. Our room wasn’t very clean when we arrived nor was it cleaned at all during our stay. Front desk staff were on their phones causing folks to wait at the desk. It’s not what I expected at all especially for a place that carries the Hilton name. It is pretty for a wedding venue but rooms that we signed up for were unevenly matched. No seating area in the room except one desk chair and the bed. Our bathroom door was locked and so we were unable to close it all the way. There was no fan or ventilation and the bathroom floor wasn’t clean. I was ready to go after night one. Positives were: The beds was comfy and the pillows were nice and the tv had a lot of channels.
