Super clean room, and friendly staff!

Arrived a few hours early, 1 PM, and the office was closed. Called the number posted to discuss early check in and was told it was $20 an hour for early check in. Never heard of that. Property was a no frills room. Chair in the room was a metal folding chair. Older hotel and if you are on the ground floor you can hear every step of the person above.

Great centrally located motel in town. Nothing fancy, but they cover the basics really well. Clean, organized, attentive staff. Ms. Sonya is really responsive. Like I said, location for travelers is great and lots of shopping for necessary and fun stuff is walkable. Campus closeby. For the nightly rate, I'd say it's the best affordable stay in town....

Castle rock is hands down the cleanest motel/hotel I've ever been too in my entire life. The bed and pillows were super comfy, great quality. The towels are super clean. no stains, extra plush. The ac/heater/fan works fast. You can cast to the TV, which is not common from my experience. Coffee pot in the room with folgers coffee was just like a cherry on top. I was just passing through, but this place makes me want to come back. 10/10 would recommend

Impeccably clean, clear attention to details and amenities offered. Very kind and helpful staff even though we arrived after hours and they reopened just for us. I was able to fit in the parking lot with my trailer, but there are only a couple spots for larger vehicles so be mindful you may need to find parking elsewhere if they are full. Still, this was a five star venue on a budget. I’d stay again.
