Virginia Crossings Hotel, Tapestry Collection by Hilton

Hotel is old and beat. We thought having Hilton associates with it meant it was elevated. Worn carpet very basic bathroom. A step above Ramada Inn. Would not return, unless major renovations are done.

Other: I was surprised that this property is a Hilton Tapestry hotel. It is dated, inside and out, and really needs some TLC. Hallways and rooms have a slight stale smell. Elevators were very dirty and their doors were not working properly. The room was clean enough but not clean: lots of dust, and keys left behind by previous occupants were still there. Housekeeping staff tried to enter very early on the morning of checkout while we were sleeping.

Location is excellent, staff is very friendly. Spacious rooms. Nice architecture as it reflects Colonial style. Three separate buildings, ice machine did now work on the floor we were on

Loved the colonial look Several people just hanging out in parking lot. Several people just sitting around by entrance. Hotel was dusting and needed upkeep

Room was clean, elevators need to be overhauled. This property of beautiful and has great potential.

I only had one issue, the toilet tank chain kept coming off.

We found this place at the last minute and were so pleasantly surprised! Had an incredible night sleep and a great meal. We will definitely be back!

Cockroach infestation in room. Notified front desk. No response. Emailed hotel management. No response. We understand bugs find their way, but at least an acknowledgment of some kind would have been appreciated

Interesting hotel with surprising underground tunnel system!

The property was nice in the main building where we checked in and at the restaurant, but was a little bit run down in the building where we stayed. Our bed seemed smaller than a queen.

The room was clean and had a beautiful view of the property! easy to access and the staff were friendly!

This is a lovely, quiet location, in a residential neighborhood, but close to restaurants and shopping. The property needs some TLC and some updating. It is a patriotic site, with classical architecture and inspiring quotations by our founding fathers. all the staff were very helpful and accommodating. I would certainly stay there again.

The front desk manager, GW, was awesome. Super friendly staff.
