Be aware, if you book the meal package they try to charge you again for dinner. Breakfast is not included unless you pay and that’s not advertised well. This I think is a hotels.com flaw not the hotel itself. The bar tender we had was amazing I wish I had her name to thank her. Theres also only one small eatery it’s not gourmet by any means. The room ot self was clean with comfy beds but this listing is very misleading.

Nice staff, said there is a restaurant but it is never fully staffed. Had to walk to a nearby hotel for dinner.

However, the property is in need of renovations. The bathroom was quite small, and the hotel felt dated in several areas. While the stay was adequate, it did not meet my expectations overall. For those reasons, I do not believe I would choose to stay here again.

The outside was very clean , common areas weren’t bad but the staff was on a personal phone call with the company phone their entire shift Friday and Saturday. Our first room smelled moldy and the fridge didn’t work. We got switched to another room and the bath fan didn’t work , the shower pan leaked and our room keys had to be replaced two times. The elevators safety inspection both were expired by 13 months and the elevators would stop in between floors or not move at all. After contacting hotel about the experience they did not respond. Will not be returning and would like my money back.

Small complimentary snacks or little bottles of water would be nice for guests when they check in. Some travel from quite a distance

There was no free breakfast and the breakfast that was available seemed very expensive for what it was.

Easy check in. Clean! Breakfast didn't was an hour late opening and we had to make it to a baseball tournament.

There was supposed to be a shuttle to the airport. I scheduled it upon check in, however at 5 am I was informing they had no driver. No solutions were offered. I booked this hotel specifically for the shuttle service

Advertised for free/breakfast dinner voucher. Kitchen closed no buffet, the only bright spot was the Kitchen Chef very friendly/welcoming guy. No Internet the whole of 3 days/ Room walls dirty, bathroom old rusty & warped, stain on pillow, musky smell in hallway, elevator has a mind of its own customer got stuck on elevator. Promise of inconvenience discount. All of a sudden the same no smile customer service representative from the front has no recount of said inconvenience fee...The Young Lady at the front desk whom name is Love was very patient and tried her best to accommodate. Other than that don't stay here..the main thing they advertise was not available 2 of a 3 day stay very inconvenient for families.

Never got the 2 breakfast I paid for. The free breakfast was embarrasing, only coffee, orange juice and a couple of fruits. I booked 2 rooms and the TVs did not work the entire time. The water pressure in the shower was the worse of any hotel I stayed in. The air conditioner didn't work and had to switch rooms.

For a two night stay we did not have a sink to use. Also our room was never cleaned or fresh towels. This situation was reported to the front desk staff at check out. We were given verbal apologies, but charged full price. My request for compensation or discount was totally denied. Yes we did get to sleep in a bed, but that was it . WHAT WILL BE DONE FOR US NOW THAT YOU KNOW. We paid a lot for a room and were totally inconvenienced. Also on there was no breakfast on day 2 of our stay. It was Mother’s Day and we were told there was staffing issues. They offered luke warm coffee and plastic packaged muffins. PLEASE RESPOND
