La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Indianapolis Airport Executive Dr

Staff was okay minus the cleaning staff who was rude as can be, not wanting to help. Also, they put us un the wrong roof at first. Breakfast was almost non-existent: juice was sour and waffles tasted like the batter had sat out for a few days. Office chair upstairs was broken and hurt my back. Would not recommend. Go elsewhere and help run this one out of business.

for the price , very clean room , even smelling very clean. Helpful and nice staff would stay here again for sure

If you are looking for a one night stay, this is the place. Needs some improvements, but is good if you just need to stay for a short period of time.

Excellent value. Not the newest or fanciest stay but the room was clean and comfortable.

Was there for 500 . Room met my needs. Went to Wyndam first by mistake. Staff there was very helpful ,Will make it a point to stay there next year,

This is a substandard hotel and I won’t be staying at ANY La Quinta ever again. Not even if it were offered for free. Total waste of money.

Good location. Decent room. Breakfast can use a little better selection. Breakfast area had some tables that were left uncleaned

*Executive desk chair was broken. It was dangerous to sit in. *Parking lot had numerous potholes that give the property a shabby look. *Complimentary breakfast was hardly worth the time. Nothing hot. However, some guests seemed to enjoy the coffee. *This property is going downhill. It's a shame. It's used to be a fine stopover for me.

During a busy Indy 500 weekend, for which we payed through the nose for our 2 rooms, we were told that our rooms were not ready for us to check in and wouldn’t be ready for quite some time. *And this is when we were trying to check in at 7pm!!!* I understand not being able to accommodate early check ins. But if the rooms aren’t ready even after 7pm, that’s effectively charging people for services not provided. So you’d think the first thing they’d do is appease their clients (e.g. via a refund), but no — no offers, only excuses “We are short handed and we have 50 people waiting on rooms”. How is that the client’s problem? If LaQuinta cannot staff their hotel during the predictably busiest weekend of the year, they should just close the hotel down during that weekend. What they shouldn’t do is charge people tons for rooms and then not even let them use the accommodations they paid for. Shame on LaQuinta. I doubt I’ll ever stay at another one of their hotels again.

Nothing I need a refund I was not allowed to stay

The breakfast was only mini waffles, cereal, and boiled eggs and a few other breads.

The breakfast was ok. They had cereal and waffles, toast a bagels and coffee. The juice was gone by the time we got there. Dish network was good, towels were nice. It had nice gym facilities. They sold beverages at the desk but there were no snack machines. There were no stores really close by, you had to walk about 6 blocks to a gas station for snacks. The shower was very slippery.

Smelled like pot, no Kleenex, no ice bucket then when brought after asked- no plastic to put it in or lid.

Clean and fresh room

Not as good as most La Quinta properties I have been to. Reserved King Room weeks before but had none when checking in. Lot of hair in bathroom(not mine). It works in a pinch.

The common area was nice The room was disgusting
