Nice hotel need work on the grass and outside

Came to see the Post Malone concert decided to stay at Wyndham for the weekend. Not to busy for the amount of eveb5s going on. Easy check- in. Pool was clean and lots of chairs. The restaurant in the hotel was convient, and staff was pleasant. The room itself was clean and smelled fresh. All in all I had a very relaxing weekend in a nice hotel. Also they have shuttling to and from the airport which makes it easy and close for anyone flying in or out.

The room was clean but the shower head in the bathroom needs some maintenance. Great stay over all.

We were in town for a concert, all hotels in town were booked up. I would like to think if they could they would have staffed accordingly. Maybe they are short staffed, it’s the story everywhere these days. Waited forever for one person to check us in. Left for concert, we got back really late to a room with no air conditioning. It was passed midnight all I wanted to do was sleep, they did offer at midnight to let us switch rooms. We declined. The next morning when checking out I let them know again that the air wasn’t working. I got “okay we will check it out” not sorry about that. Also no one to run the little coffee shop, had to wait for her to come from another job maybe. ? Mattresses were old and sagging. We have been Wyndham rewards people for years, plus Club Wyndham owners. We won’t book this one again.

The check in process was horrific, we waited in line for over 45 minutes to check in and both people working seemed lost.

Room was clean and even though it’s right next to the highway the room was quiet.

Room was clean and breakfast was good. The outside landscaping needs a lot of work (weeds in parking lot).

One of the staff members was nice. The amenities showed a picture of a breakfast buffet for a “nominal fee“ however there was no breakfast buffet and a different front desk staff person said they only have that when the hotel is full, which makes no sense because who knows if a hotel is full when they’re booking it. Next time I’ll book next-door for a few dollars more.

Photos are not accurate and misrepresent the property. This is a run down hotel in dire need of an update. The lobby smells moldy, the rooms smelled worse. I did not open my suitcase in fear of exposing more than the clothes on my back to the strong mildew smell. I would have left for another hotel had it not been so late.

Air conditioning wouldn’t hardly cool our room. Maintenance tried to do something but it didn’t help.

Wifi was down so nothing worked. Couldn't even get a key to my room. The overnight staff was amazing though. The daytime lady that was there tried to write my credit card number on a sticky note. Seemed sketchy. Then I got charged for a late checkout of $40 when I checked out at 10am I even made sure to tell them and remind them not to charge me and it was the same lady who tried to write my card number down. I had to call to get a refund. The room floors were STICKY in the bathroom and it looked gross. The bed was clean at least. I would give the hotel a 3/5 stars and the positive stars purely go to the shuttle bus driver (I don't remember his name) and the overnight staff Regina. They made that frustrating experience a little better. So shout out to them.

Car was stolen out of parking lot and staff didn’t seem to care. It took a call to the manager to do something but they “didn’t have a camera pointing at the parking lot”.

We had an issue with our room and the front desk handled it very quickly. They moved us to another room and made sure we were ok. The only issue we had was the shower didn’t drain. It had standing water when done showering. Otherwise, beautiful and comfortable room.

Booked and pre-paid through Expedia, arrived at hotel around midnight, took them 30 minutes to check us in, gave them my card for incidentials, was given a first floor room near the gym where it appears they had also put a group of middle school kids who were running up and down the hall and going in \ out of the gym and slamming door each time, until well past midnight. Room was clean, hotel was clean, had a nice cafe, didn't check out the restaurant. We checked out with the front desk, assumed they had payment from Expedia, but 2 days later got a $275 bill for my stay. Called them (took several attempts before they picked up) to say I had booked and was billed by Expedia for the room (have done this a hundred times with other hotels), they said they would pass the info to accounting and call me back. Got a message the next day from Accounting saying that the Expedia reservation was cancelled so they didn't get a payment from them, and that their charge was correct. Called Expedia to verify this information they said they were incorrect, no cancellation, and their charge was correct, they also said they would reach out to the Wyndham to find out what was going on. They never answered their phone. Finally got Expedia to credit me the $275 Wyndham incorrectly billed me. Thanks goodness for Expedia. The folks at Wyndham really didn't look or sound like they knew what they were doing.

Pool thought would be inside and was cold outside! Just disappointed!
