Totally enjoyed our stay.

Employee named Kendall was extremely rude and not at all helpful. A c did not work. Phones did not work. Rooms are only serviced every other day. So if you are only staying two nights it never happens. Would never stay here again.

The hotel is clean, breakfast was good. The biggest issue was the very limited on channels.

There was nothing I liked about this hotel. It wasn’t clean or kept up. The staff wasn’t friendly. I would not recommend.

Kind staff and clean rooms

It was an average property, just like you should expect for 2.5 stars. It was nice and clean. Breakfast was ok. They were doing some construction around the property. The outside pool was nice. The pool was old and in need of update but I enjoyed sitting in the lounge chairs in the shade. Location was very convenient for everything. Staff was very attentive and friendly. Parking was sufficient.

Clean

We stay here every time we go to Red Rocks for concerts. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The outdoor pool area is really nice.

Older but updated, very clean. Comfortable bed. Parking a bit challenging, but free.

Helpful staff. Clean facilities despite remodeling a conference room. Fantastic breakfast. Pool area clean and nice. Best pool towels we have ever been provided by a hotel. Nice large rooms. Convenient location for Denver visit.

The room was fine and clean. There were painters all over the first floor and the common spaces, exterior and walkways are really run down. The parking lot isn’t properly striped, so I ended up having to park a bit away since people parked over their lines. And there appears to be a big van with people living in it out back?

This hotel is currently upgrading, so there are dated aspects to the rooms and also some construction as this is completed. The staff is very helpful. The breakfast was great. Our first room was dirty and the air conditioning unit was squeaky and loud. We changed rooms and it was fine. The hotel will be great when they are done with remodel, just not quite yet.

the room had : No Sofa No Chair No Desk chair No Luggage Rack The sink was stopped up The pool was filthy after complaints the staff provided desk chair and luggage rack. Paid for the upgraded room and did not get it and Hotel.com is no help. Don't use Hotel.com

The hotel in undergoing a renovation so we had a little of construction inconvenience to deal with. The upgrade will be a welcome change to this hotel though.

Plenty of parking around the hotel, good breakfast and spacious rooms.

The hotel is undergoing a renovation so there were areas that were bit accessible with construction work ongoing. Other than that, it was all very nice.
