We needed a handicap room in which I requested when I booked the hotel. We were assigned a non-handicap room. I asked staff if they can switch us because for one the tub/shower had no handrails. They advised me that being that we booked through a 3rd party we are not guaranteed the type of room I requested. We were stuck in this room for a couple of days with no effort to accommodate us. This is one of the worst experiences we have had with Homewood Suites. I was disappointed. Overall the hotel itself was nice and a nice location.

Very clean!

Breakfast was great! I love staying in a space with a kitchen area, and the room was clean and cozy. It was disappointing that the pool was unavailable our weekend.

Helpful staff, nice little pool, kids had a blast.

The staff was extremely helpful with check in. Breakfast was good love that they have a waffle machine. The room was clean and overall a great experience. Make sure to check out the Dutch bros I recommended walking there and hanging out in their lobby. :)

Large rooms with kitchenette facilities and easy onsite parking. Staff were not the friendliest and the shower and sink water pressure were extremely low, it was just a drip in the bathroom sink.

The hotel was nice newly remodeled, front dest worker was new but very friendly and helpful. When we booked the room it showed a hot tub but it had been taken out.

Everything was good at check-in And everything appeared clean and tidy. They put us in a room number 211 Right by the elevators and there is no insulation With that door so we heard everybody coming and going and every time the elevator dinged Period The breakfast buffet was poorly stocked and had these slowest one person working the "amenities". The dirty dishes and the trash were literally overflowing on the small area they designate that for. They had ran out of plates, the food was running out and people were waiting, meanwhile there is a girl at the front desk with her phone up in front of her face doing nothing that we watched for some time continuing to be on her phone.

We stayed here May 29 and 30th. It was clean, comfortable, and quiet. There were 3 of us, the hotel was packed, and we always had hot water for showers. I would definitely recommend and will stay there again on my next trip to Denver. The coffee was always fresh and hot. We did not have the breakfast, but it smelled delicious!

Very nice place - would be happy to stay there again.

The room was perfect. Our only complaint was the breakfast, which was sparse. Some of The pastries were pre made and wrapped, full of chemicals, not edible. There was no yogurt. The juice was not refreshed, mostly apple, not enough orange. Apparently, the very polite kitchen worker was overwhelmed. There was one bagel 40 minutes before closing, never refreshed. The next morning 15 minutes after opening, there was one bagel!! There were 3 half and half containers for a hotel with at least 60 rooms, deplorable for a Hilton property. Please take these comments to heart; Hilton was always my favorite. Can you help out your staff at 139 Union St. in Lakewood/Denver so I can stay there again; 3 minutes from my daughter?

Very good

Location was good. The hotel was next to many trails and businesses. Rooms were spacious and clean. The whole flow of the hotel room was what was pictured too! I’d stay again.

This was my third Homewood Suites I have stayed at this month. This was one that had a little less amenities and overall quality but was still a good stay. Things were clean, there was breakfast included. However, the shop did not carry as many things as I am used to and the amenities in the room were not there (i.e. toothpaste, etc.).

Bathroom sink water didn’t work (dribbled). We changed rooms and that one didn’t work either, same problem. We went to the desk and they said no one else had reported the problem, but what are the odds that the two rooms we were in were the only ones having the problem? There seemed to be a little bit of a lack of motivation to solve it by two of the desk people.

The Carpet in our room was filthy. It had some type of gum or chocolate. Also look Very Old. The grout in the tile was breaking right at the main entrance, found some garbage under the bed, the Lady in charge of breakfast was a little bit rude, the elevator was also not working properly the whole time we were there. Our room number was 311.

Breakfast was very mediocre. The rest of the stay was fine

Everything was perfect except the shower. Wouldn't get very hot and had very low water pressure.
