Syracuse Grand

TV wasn't working, it was a very long driving day and we had gone to bed and wanted to relax. Maintenance and staff came and moved out dresser and after about 20 minutes tv was fixed. In the morning, said dresser was still moved out away from wall exposing bed bug matter and mice droppings. Bed was uncomfortable. Reported all the above and showed room to person at desk who said she would take the room off rotation and start refund process. Never received refund.

Cons: Bathroom sink and toilet blocked and we couldn’t use them. Basic breakfast

The room we were in was not like it is pictured online. It was clean except for sticky floors. Bed was fine.

Hot tub was not hot. Bathroom not cleaned super well. Mattress on sofa dirty.

We had a king suite. The room was a good size with small microwave and refrigerator. The room smelled really musty. The bathroom tiles were falling apart. The bed was comfortable . For the price it was ok.

The room and dinning area was very clean and comfortable. The women tending to the breakfeast station did an exceptional job keeping the stations clean and filled at all times. She was very professional and friendly.

It’s an okay stop off along the interstate. Our room was nice and clean but kids running up and down the hall and somebody had barking dogs but it was quite after 10 pm. Breakfast bar had cold coffee.

It was a great stay, friendly staff, nice comfortable room. Satisfying breakfast. Thank you!

Found our stay amazing. If we are this way again will for sure consider staying here

The pool was a little small for the number of guests, but otherwise staff were extremely helpful and readily available at any hour! I appreciated being able to check in later as I came from out of town.

Overall not bad. The staff was very nice. The room was really spacious and pleasant. Breakfast not bad. The pool room was not good. There was a ton of kids in the pool kept switching between the pool and the hot tub. They were yelling and very rude and splashing water on everyone. Repeatedly jumping in the pool. There was many people getting in the hotub about 11 people all at once. While in hotel room people repeatedly screaming in halls even when asked to quiet down.

Staff were great, the hot tub & pool were very relaxing

Fresh looking and smelling when we walked into the lobby. Staff who checked us in was exceptionally polite, kind, efficient. Has pool and gym available for those who like to use those. Breakfast was full (not "continental") and fresh and hot. Room quiet - even refrigerator - and can open windows in room for fresh air. Once in elevator and upstairs hallway, smelled less fresh. Heard car outside in middle of the nught with engine running for a long time. Sherriff car in parking lot in early morning when I went out to take car to fill gas tank made me wonder about safety.

I’ve stayed at this hotel numerous times and have always had a great experience but this time the room above us had a child the ran from one side of the room to the other from 730 till 11. It took three times of complaining for it to stop. Then in the morning the staff gave me an attitude when I asked for a hair dryer because one wasn’t in the room

Unfortunately the pool and hot tub was over chlorinated. Brought to the attention of the staff and was told it was in normal readings. When I fact it was not the smell of chlorine went through the building in the pool house your eyes were burning. Kinda sucks being that’s one of the big deals we wanted when we paid to stay here. No remote for the tv in the room. The shower curtain bars in the room are curved therefore the curtains will not stay covering the shower they hang in the middle lol. Idk I wish I would have known about the pool and hot tub issues we would have went someplace different!

This hotel was great. The staff was more than helpful. Room was clean pool was nice no bad smells
