No complaints whatsoever. Friendly and helpful reception staff. Room was spotless. Good shower pressure. A great stopover.

The time I was there. No hot water on the second Floor and restroom not working on the first floor took forever together our room if they improve those things it will be a nice hotel to stay in always make sure your guest have hot water to take a relaxing bath

Clean and Perfect!

Although when I arrive they were in the middle of a flash flood. The hotel system is forced. Internet was down. But the staff was very friendly and professional. The room was very spacious and clean and it had everything that I needed for my stay. The breakfast was a good content of breakfast which I had lemon poppy seed muffins and yogurt. I would definitely patronize this establishment when I come into town again.

The front desk clerk was absolutely the most delightful and helpful. The room was clean and all the amenities were working. The free breakfast was a delicious perk to our stay. The location was great and around lots of shopping and restaurants. The bed was super comfy and there plenty of outlets for our electronics. Will definitely be staying again when we visit in September

When we went back to the room, there was someone sleeping in there. Went back to have a new room assigned.This was a nice property. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. Monday's breakfast was ok but Tuesday there was really nothing to eat.

The room smelled, air conditioner barely worked and made a weird noise. At or around 0104 in the morning one of the staff entered my room without knocking. Worst hotel experience of my adult life.

Nice hotel good area close to highway

Memphis is very scary! Most hotels I feel unsafe parking there, the customer service is non-existent and the rooms are garbage. THIS is the BEST hotel for the best price. It’s a struggle to complain about 1 thing. The $200 refundable deposit is literally the only thing. Air conditioning cold, water actually hot enough. The room was huge. I lived in Memphis for years. BE CAREFUL! Even Graceland is NOT SAFE. This hotel is and it’s close to great food!

Staff were friendly. They have a handy laundry room if you are travelling and want to wash clothes. Unfortunately you will need to download an app to use it. But new as as the hotel is it does not appear that they are maintaining it. We stayed for four nights. The bathrooms downstairs by the breakfast area were "out of order" the entire time. The bathroom was roomy but the hot water was hit and miss. Some times coming on right away, Sometimes taking 5 minutes to kick in, Sometimes cutting off mid shower. And the window blinds are remote controlled. Except the control in the front room didn't work. I turned it in and they never fixed it. Instead they gave me 3 binder clips to attach the curtains. The Hot breakfast was not hot because the heating pans don't appear to work. One morning the coffee was very weak. And one evening we came back from being out and our door was not closed. Fortuntately nothing was taken. Great location, Good price. Nice Staff. But they need to clean up their act.

SUGGESTIONS: IN ROOM 1. The bed was made very nicely every day. 2. The coffee supplies were mostly missed. We had to go downstairs for coffee. 3. The phone is missing a face plate to show how to call the front desk for assistance. BATHROOM 1. There are 2 bottles fixed on the shower wall marked Shampoo and Conditioner. There was no "body soap" provided. The water volume was very, very low. 2. On the sink, there is a bar of soap and 2 small tubes of "shampoo conditioner." The two small tubes are unnecessary. 3. The hair dryer's cord is so short. The length of the cord is the same as the depth of the counter. It is very weak, too. Only good enough for short-haired people. 4. The towels were not replenished consistently. The bath towels were always replenished daily, not the other ones. HOTEL COMMON AREA Breakfast area: 1. There was no coffee in the carafes 80% of the time. 2. No non-sweetened creamer available. 3. Coffee grinds found in the hot-water carafe. 4. The 3 utensil bins next to the bread box & the cereal dispensers were all filled with mixed utensils. Forks, spoons, & knives were all mixed up. 5. Leave 1 trash bin to use in the lobby area. 6. No TV remote in the Fitness Ctr.

We found a previous guest's used underwear left behind in the room. The TV disconnected from the network on our second night and would not reconnect. We requested additional pillows from the front desk staff, but were told that they did not know where they are and couldn't help us. The phone and radio were non-functional despite being plugged in. Front desk staff didn't believe us when we informed them and didn't offer any further remedy or investigation. Several of the lights in the room were plugged in but did not work. On our fist morning we tried the breakfast and got food poisoning from it. Overall, our experience of this hotel was that at first glance everything *looked* decent and sufficiently up to standard, but the actual quality of the stay was extremely sub-par.
