The Staff are 5 stars. The property needs upkeep and the grass was desperately needing cutting. It is a good and safe location.

The location. This property needs to be revamped. From the carpet on the first floor that is worn, torn, and has a smell. The rooms nightstands are falling apart. I’m pretty sure the beds were just remade after the prior guest because there were eyelashes under the pillows.. But, what we are most disappointed in was the customer service! Apparently there was a storm a few days prior that the hotel apparently could not handle. The air was out in all hallways and elevators and when we turned the hot water on the bathroom sink, the water was brown. After you let it run about a minute it cleared up. When this was addressed to the front desk “manager” she acted as if we KNEW there was a thunderstorm that blew the air up and did something to the pipes. How are out of town customers supposed to know what happened at the property? It’s not like we received a message from them letting us know they were having difficulties!!! The towels were also an issue. We had a total of 5 guests, and we ran out of towels. When my 15 year old son went to get some more he was told we were just issued towels the DAY BEFORE! Since when are towels rationed? We were then told no towels would be ready until after 10-11am. What do guests do that can’t wait 3-4 hours for a wash cloth to wash their behind? And we were asked to set all the dirty towels outside the door for pickup, so those were already gone. This whole stay was not pleasant. The customer service really is what put a damper on everything. Hilton worldwide, train your employees better. I think the manager is burnt out. There’s just some things you do not say to your patrons.

the breakfast is terrible and room is dirty

The removable sprayer for the handicap shower didn't work. The sprinkler in the wall was hanging.

Breakfast is ok. Rooms are quiet. The area is safe and convenient.
-
Good parking and good breakfast. The staff was very friendly at check-in, but seemed annoyed when I said we booked a room with 2 queen beds instead of the king with sofa bed we received. They just said that was the second bed and they couldn’t help it since I booked through a third party.

The fire alarm went on when I was sleeping. The breakfast was not at Hilton Standards. The receptionist charged me twice by mistake.

Staff was nice and was clean
-
People walking around hotel was smoking weed didnt know if there were guest or other folks. Food was cold and very hard. Very loud in hallways
-
There were kids running up and down the halls yelling and knocking on door to our room and staff wasn’t able to say anything to the parents to get them to stop or anything
