It is in a good location, right near the Herald Square subway stop. Room was comfortable and well maintained, and the bed was comfortable. Even the in room coffee maker actually worked. Breakfast was very good. The only issue was they kept charging my card hundreds of dollars and the room was prepaid. Manager corrected this on departure finally, but I asked about it each morning.

The elevators was a horrible experience. Never again… u push whatever floor you’re going to it skips it then skips it again on the way down. It’s like up and down. It’s a nightmare.

André and Shelley were very helpful relocating me to a new room with a view of the street. The bed was very comfortable and the room itself functional. The gym was decent for a New York hotel. I would stay there again.

The location was in a decent area, within walking distance of some of our favorite areas (Bryant Park, Rockefeller Center) There was a strong smell of mildew/mold when the shower and faucets were on and the beds and pillows were uncomfortable.
