The location was a great for a concert at MSG. Renovations were taking place outside.

Very clean. Beds were ok. The worst part was the first day. All elevators were down. Then they fixed one and then there was a long line to be able to use it. I paid for breakfast but then items were too limited. If I have known a would have not paid for it.

Location! That would be the reason to stay. Good size clean room and bathroom, nice shower. Soundproof. Aircon and facilities functional. I prefer a kettle rather than coffee machine with limited pods. Inadequate lighting in the room but managed. Have to have patience with the lifts but not a deal breaker. Bed too soft for me.

Excellent location, only 10 steps away from subway station which makes traveling extremely convenient. Staffs were communicative and helpful. Bed was comfortable and room was spacious comparing to average nyc hotels. 10/10 experience! Elevator had mechanical issues so it took longer to go up and down.

While it's a fairly classic hotel, the size and comfort of the room were excellent. Everything was very clean. Being on the 15th floor, the direct view of the Empire State building was a pleasant surprise. The location is very good in terms of connections to different areas, with the subway and shops very close by. While the location is very convenient, it can be a bit chaotic, with lots of people and activity in the area, which may not be so pleasant if you are looking for something quieter.
