Took my daughter to New York for her 8th grade graduation present. The hotel is perfectly located in times square. Walking distance to everything in that area. The elevator can b a little frustrating as it is all digital and there could be a long wait with multiple people going to different floors and only certain elevators being available. 1 of the elevators was down during our stay. I didn't interact with staff much, other than check in but they were friendly. The room was clean and had a good amount of amenities for such a small room. If I were going to a Broadway show or anywhere in Times Square, I would stay here again.

Very happy with our stay. After reading many reviews about the wait for the elevators I requested and was given a room on the 2nd floor. That was great to be able to use the stairs instead of waiting for the elevators. The room was clean and presentable upon arrival. We did have to ask to have the soap and conditioner replaced in the shower. It was empty and not refilled when they cleaned the room. The dishwasher had an awful smell to it. We did not use it or the plates/silverware provided.The Wi-Fi was excellent. The front desk was helpful. The breakfast was great. I wish there was more signage about the downstairs area of the breakfast. It took me three days to discover it! This is where the Belgian waffle makers are located along with delicious oatmeal and yogurt with all yummy toppings to add. Every worker I encountered at breakfast was kind and helpful. The location of the hotel was awesome. We really enjoyed the water station in the lobby. It was so nice to be able to fill up water bottles and have during the stay! I wish they provided coffee or tea all day as well.

This is the second time I’ve stayed here and I’ve always enjoyed my stay. Very close to Times Square. Soundproofed rooms. The breakfast is very American. I would have preferred more choice, especially when it comes to savoury options.

Clean and quiet. Great location. Decent breakfast. Bait and switch room. I reserved a queen studio suite for two nights. Hotel canceled and rebooked me into room with two full beds and far less floor space--an "upgrade," they claimed. When I asked for my original queen suite, they said I could have it for the second night if I called that morning. I called at 8 a.m. the morning before my second night and they said they'd move me into the queen suite and would call to confirm. They never called and the queen suite never happened.
