Great location - just off Times Square. Gym - quiet and has enough machines for casual workouts Breakfast - good choice and quality at the Alderman restaurant Cons: Room - small (which is normal for NYC) but also had connecting doors on both sides which means if the neighbours are in any way noisy you will hear it. Limited storage - clothes hangers over sink unit and no drawers for clothers. So ok for a 2-3 night stay but no longer.

The room was incredibly small, but to be expected. The staff were nice as well. My issue is the AC is motion based. It kept shutting off at night and so the heat kept waking us up. Possibly upset error, maybe there is a way to keep it on, but it definitely wasn’t obvious.

Very clean, great location It was a hassle to get to our room when we wanted it each night. There was also a day when the trash wasn't emptied (which was small to begin with) so it began to overflow in our room by the next night.

The room was clean and comfortable. Staff were responsive and friendly. Location was great for our trip. The room was smaller than I anticipated.

Very clean, efficient, awesome location. Although I was expecting a small space, it would have been much better if there were a curtain or something to separate the sleeping area from the bathroom area - especially for showers. We shared the room with our grandson and it was awkward.

We were very happy with our stay at Motto. It is conveniently located and it had everything we needed. Rooms are small but it was clean and the staff were great. We plan on staying here again.
