Good central position for time square

Maria at the Oyo Time Sqaure reception desk was wonderful (deserving of a big raise). She went above and beyond to make sure our stay at the hotel was wonderful. She was so warm and welcoming to our family traveling from PR, USA. Would stay again just for Maria. 🇮🇹🇵🇷🇺🇸

I like the location because is really close to time square and subway stations but the front desk lady isn’t really help, bad attitude kind of rude but the rest was ok, room no too bad and the cleaning staff very nice

Location and staff excellent but the rooms are small and the bathroom had mold.

It was definitely dated, and the walls and windows were superrrr thin slept terribly as the noise was out of control.. we had an issue as soon as we got in the room with the toilet, thought maybe it was us; it wasn’t .. called staff they sent someone up quickly so that’s a positive. Beds were similar to ikea. Elevators are TINYYYY! We got the “overloaded” light and it was only two of us, both weigh 200 lbs .. kids couldn’t ride at the same time so had to give them a card and us a card and one time they just walked the steps. The location is worth it. I’d likely chose another hotel next time.

The bed’s were not good the room was dirty we had to ask for multiple times in the small room you can’t fit your luggage. I would never stay there again

Ac didn’t work and tv was broken. Basically told me to deal with it.

Overall the stay was decent and good. The rooms are pretty small. Person coming from Texas I think everything will be small

Great location but poor sound proofing brings the street into your room

The room was incredibly small and dirty. The bed felt like it was inside the bathroom. We left after the first night and checked into an alternate hotel. We told the front desk we were checking out but did not receive any credit or refund. It was not a good experience.

Need to update furniture in the lobby.

Location Poorly maintained , No real Entrance , Rooms were ready but will not allow check in till 3 pm , low pressure in shower .

Not the best, but not bad for the money and right in Time Square.

Everything went well

The location was great and the staff friendly. The room was small but fine. Our biggest issue was the very loud air conditioner. It was hard to sleep due to the very loud unit all night long.
