Front desk staff were very kind Room wasn’t ready had to switch us to a studio Some public event going on which was extremely loud and honestly should have been disclosed when booking I chose this hotel to be in a quieter place and I feel the description online is very misleading Our tv also quit working

The property was clean. The room was good. I appreciate how they keep a 100 year old building up. The staff is professional and courteous.
-
The location was perfect! Close to 9 Ave (Hell's Kitchen), The Theater District and Time Square all within walking!
-
Perfect location. The room was great and the staff excellent. It’s an old building so expect some wear and tear here and there. We loved our stay.

Everything! My absolute favorite hotel in NYC. I have been staying here for years! Lovely rooms Excellent location for theatre Safe Friendly staff Price is very reasonable. Very accommodating- I have a fear of elevators. They always give me a lower floor so I can take the stairs- which is safe, as you need a hotel key to open the door to use the staircase. Highly recommend! Nothing!

the hotel is in a central location in Hells Kitchen which allowed us to access many NYC sites via Uber. Walked .3 miles to Broadway show. Many grwat restaurants in the neighborhood Washers and dryers on site Noisy room at night No breakfast on site Paid large daily fee to park car told to call 90 minutes before we wanted our

Si well located and really eficient staff. The lift. Too slow.
-
Great location, spacious rooms, kind staff They were remodeling and had us use the service elevators and they were often full with employees so that was a bit inconvenient to have to wait for an elevator with space but overall still 10/10 recommend.
-
Staff and room great. Only 1 of the 2 elevators where running bud didn't effect us because we were staying on lower floor and could use the stairs with no issues.
-
Centered in a very good location for broadway shows and museums and the Lincoln Jazz center as well as St Patrick’s (ya’ll are catholic anyway, may as well accept that anyway). The service staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms cleaned or picked up each night ( 3 night stay over a weekend) - that’s a plus because more and more are going to an every other day or upon request. I would book again

Location is close to Time Square The fixtures were bit old, there were no facility in the bathroom to put your dresses which is inconvenient.
-
Friendly staff. Comfy beds. Good shower. Ice machine and water available on ground floor Hairdryer didn’t work
-
Overall, it was decent as far as cleanliness and comfort. The bathroom was quite small and one of the elevators was not working, but we did get access to the services elevators. They would do well to update some things such as the old lamps, with stained lamp shades and replace the outlets, which were so loose that nothing would stay plugged in. That would do a lot to make things a bit nicer. Good location.

Good room

Elevator didn’t work. Hotel is def a little ghetto. Weird layout of rooms, and everything looks a little shop worn
