If you're in town to see a/some Broadway shows, the location can not be beat. The room was perfectly fine, though I couldn't figure out either the air conditioning (too cold) or the TV.. probably a me problem. I had an inside room, so there was no street noise. But still right in the heart of Times Square, walkable to many many sights. I would return.

The lifts, of the 2 days we were there only 2 out of 3 lifts worked and the average wait time was 11 minites from the 4th floor so used the stairs most of the time. The room and indeed the hallways are in desperate need of redecorating, duct tape holing the carpets down, tiles that have cracks, shower hanging off the wall. Was charged a $200 hold on arrival despite everything having been paid up front. I have been refunded half of this with the other half being claimed as "hotel tax" All in all a very poor hotel, I imagine in its day with friendlier staff it was a nice place to stay, now its very dated and in need of a serious makeover. Would advise not to stay especially given it was £300 a night!!

Excellent location, very clean, nice staff. The rooms are small, but the price makes up for it because of the location. The extra resort fee just for the gym, ice machine, and coffee in room is excessive.

I honestly do not understand the negativity. The hotel was clean and comfortable. You can not ask for a better location in NYC. Sure the rooms were tiny, but I am not spending time in the room while in NYC. Great deal right in Time Square.

Very clean room, not very many plug ins
-
Need to upgrade wifi system

Man on check in explained nothing. Room was falling apart and surprised the plug sockets didn’t cause a fire. They were all falling out the wall. Charging to keep you bags after check out, don’t keep them in a locked room, keep them in the main entrance, visible. Nothing like the photos online. Would not stay again.

Perfect location, clean rooms, comfortable beds. Although while the furniture has seen better days. For the location and price you can't beat it.

The hotel bed was comfortable but the bathrooom did not have shampoo in it. Also the TVs didn’t work for three days and the World Cup is on
-
Location and cleanliness Fitness room layout - too crowded. Lifts were quite slow at times.

Location Cleanliness Size of room No TV/cable service the whole stay. I’ve emailed the hotel requesting a discount on my stay for lack of amenities, with no response.

The hotel’s location is excellent, within walking distance of Times Square and many attractions. The staff was generally polite and check-in was straightforward. The room condition did not meet my expectations. I experienced cleanliness issues and have photographs documenting them. The television was not working for approximately three days, and the room safe remained out of service despite several requests for assistance. The most concerning issue occurred after my stay, when I was charged a $500 smoking fee that I strongly dispute. I am a non-smoker and no physical evidence of smoking was presented to me. The hotel relied on a sensor alert but has not yet provided the complete supporting data that I requested. In addition, the invoice references a Visa card that does not belong to me, certain further confusion regarding the charge.

Location was excellent. Property was in bad repair. Our shower handle kept coming off and when maintenance came up they just said just hold it on when you turn it. Also the desk and drawer areas were scratched and peeling. Mold in the corners of the shower. We had family in another room and their room was also scratched and peeling.
