Kimpton Theta New York - Times Square by IHG

This hotel was perfect for our family of four. It was clean, quiet, and comfortable and the staff were all very nice and helpful. Would return for another stay.

Location is everything. Our room was very spacious. The hotel is very modern, finishes are fantastic. The fire station close by can be a lot. The noise at all hours can be pure madness.

Best location!! Walking distance to Times Square, Rockefeller Center, Midtown port, etc. Lots of good restaurants nearby. Some staff were good. Others not so kind. My friend who came later to trying locating me was told my res was cancelled. I cancelled first res but rebooked one with breakfast included. He had to call me to my room.

The rooftop bar is an added plus. Great vibe and great drinks and food. The bar tenders were very friendly we had a great time! This will be our hotel when visiting the city.

All of the amenities were so nice to have. The location in Hell’s Kitchen was perfect. The hotel itself was decorated so beautifully with light, bright colors and natural wood. Most of all, the staff was truly pleasant and gracious. It felt like they sincerely wanted you to have the best experience.

We stayed at the Theta when they first opened and returned a year later. The rooms are comfortable and clean but already showing wear; in the hall as well. The staff is indifferent. The breakfast was not very good and a waste of money. On par with a Hampton Inn. We will not stay here again.

High quality hotel right in Times Square location. Modern, clean and well appointed. Short walking distance to theatres, shopping, supermarkets and subway. Social/wine hour was a lovely treat! Nil
