There is a $30/night Resort Fee, for which you get a mediocre continental breakfast, wine in the lobby at 5 pm, and wifi. Someday these fees will be illegal, I hope. The soaps were from L'Occitane and smelled great. The staff was very nice. There are bathrobes in the closet and a safe. The sink drained too slowly and the cleanliness of the rooms could be improved. Also, they should put nightlights in the bathrooms. The location was perfect for our purposes, short walking distance to MoMA and Broadway theaters, and maybe a 20 minute walk from Lincoln Center.

Below average hotel. I Tavel a lot and stay in hotels close 200 nights a year and definitely wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all.

Great service! Friendly staff and breakfast was great with the staff keeping everything clean. I liked the free wine in the lobby. Eating Nextdoor was super expensive for the steak. The beds were comfy and location was epic. Towels were not soft

Location. Mattress was the most comfortable hotel mattress I've slept on in years. Slept like a baby. Also very quiet room. Overall great. Just too bad one elevator broke down on a busy weekend

Location was perfect for our trip which included multiple Broadway shows. Was pleasantly surprised by the breakfast, which was a nice way to start our day. Staff was very nice and helpful.

Include water in the room. $8 per water is wrong for a room over $700 per night.

No bottled water provided. Spending $350 a night and no amenities is pathetic.
