Clean room. Housekeeping came everyday. The staff was excellent. The gentleman that checked us in, remembered me by name every time I saw him and gave great suggestions. Great staff. Clean. Large rooms for our family of 4.

This hotel is a hidden jam in New York. It’s a wonderful location right off of Times Square on 46 Great walking distance to shopping and food. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. The room was adorable. We had a little balcony, which was wonderful. I would highly recommend it. Anyone who wants to have a nice weekend in New York City.

Such a nice boutique hotel. Close to the theatre district, a block from Time Square and nice restaurants near by. We did not have a car and walked everywhere. I used the hotel gym and it was a very well equipped place to exercise. I completely recommend this hotel.

Express elevator was very efficient. Staff exceedingly friendly. Great location though getting to and from via Times Square less than ideal. World Cup soccer fans completely took over Times Square Friday night and it was very difficult for us to push through crowds to get back to hotel from our night out. Avoid walking through Times Square whenever possible!

Everything at the property (lobby, room, elevator, hallways, EVERYTHING) is impeccably clean. All staff members are friendly and attentive to your every need. The location is simply unbeatable! 5-10m walk from: times square, all the Broadway theaters, Rockefeller center, hells kitchen, etc. Easy access to all public transportation as well. We'll absolutely be staying at The Muse next time we're in NYC!

Staff was excellent. Accommodations were mostly excellent. The bathroom lighting was too dim for applying makeup. There is insufficient drawer space for more than 2 people staying longer than overnight to unpack. I personally don't like staying in Times Square but my companions wanted to be near the theater.
