Horrible check in

This Hotel has long ago seen it's day as a nice property. For the pric, you get carpet that's way past used, walls that need paint, and you keep your shoes on when you get up and walk around in your room, so you don't catch something!! The ONLY reason we used it was because the Ed Sheeran Concert that night had 'jacked up the prices' of hotels closer to the venue, so driving away from State Farm Stadium sounded like a good move. To get away from $400.00 - $600.00 per night rooms. The bed was clean is about the nicest I can say of this property.
-
Large room, easy access to the I-10. The old beds, toilets made for toddlers.
-
Clean room, p breakfast
-
The only thing I liked about the property is that it was close to plenty of restaurants. Bathroom wasn’t that clean. Moldy shower tiles and there was roaches in the bathroom as well.

This was the second time we stayed at the Green Tree Phoenix West. It has security which was one of our important features. The hotel is quiet and well kept. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Janet greeted us at the check in desk. She was professional, friendly, helpful and made us feel welcomed. It was a quick overnight stay so we were not able to have breakfast. Our room was , quiet and comfortable . When we need to stay in the area we will always be staying at this hotel.

Area is a little Cathy but that’s not the property’s fault. The lady who checked up is was very nice. Breakfast was a little lackluster we ended up getting breakfast at the McDonald’s next door. Our room was clean though.

Very good

The hotel was an older hotel but met our needs. The pool was out of service. The property and rooms could benefit from a refresh (bathrooms and ceilings). The staff were wonderful and they had onsite security. We enjoyed the balcony and the view of the mountains and sunset.
-
The room was comfortable. Generally a clean property. Vigilant security. Quick access to I-10. At least they try to have a breakfast spread. Pool closed. Room carpet dirty. Room couch stained and dirty. Breakfast was unappealing. This property is in a bad area, with homeless, mentally ill or drugged people, and apparent gang or illegal activities. You should not walk off property, even to McDonald’s.

None at the time. I have nothing more to say about this hotel I've already told you why I think there's nothing more to tell you
-
I find the hotel comfortable and will maintain the best they can I have a higher ever been for any trouble coming to Arizona because it does offer a lot of security help if needed. I'm already does the hotel at at this point four and a half Stars it's comfortable I highly recommend the hotel

Convenient location The towels in the bathroom were neatly folded but when we unfolded to use they were dirty. The floor was also dirty with hairs all over the place. The receptionist charged me for the stay plus deposit when I got there even after I said I had paid through booking.com And later was told she was new and the other staff in the morning shift had to fix her mistake costing me $400 for a single night stay at this location when it should have been $148

Location was perfect The pool water was extremely cold and the hot tub was jets we’re broken. Staff was good about informing of the parts were ordered and they were waiting to have it repaired.
-
Room was very clean
-
The bed and bathroom are ok but wifi connection, the light of the room , TV are not working well. It seems that proper maintenance is not being carried out for each room.

Didnt have breakfast main reaaon we went back. We stayed in sept. And they had breakfast it was advertised but they only had cereal coffee and toast

Hotel is outdated, looks old and had musty smell in rooms (booked 2 rooms). Went to breakfast the first morning we stayed there only to find out only items available were cold cereal, yogurt and old toast! Website stated "hot" breakfast buffet! The only thing hot was the coffee and tasted like it had been sitting there for days. Went to front desk to ask for a key replacement due to forgetting in the room and employee was in the office snoring and taking a nap! Security guard, who by the way is sitting on the couch with fan on next to him, had to wake her up! Asked for clean towels and front desk and was asked room number and name on reservation and was told no one by that name was registered! Our last morning there called the front desk multiple times to see about doing a late check out and the phone juts rang and rang. Finally went down stairs to speak with front desk clerk. No one was there. Heard someone yell across the lobby from kitchen asking "what do you want?" I amde her come to front desk so I can speak with her. Asked if we could do a late check out, only needed an hour. She stated it was too late to do that and that I should have asked earlier! I told her I had been calling and no answer. She said I have been her all morning, I just stepped away 15 minutes ago. This was the same person who was napping the day before on the job. She also admitted she was hard of hearing. Maybe she didn't hear the phone ring! DO NOT RECOMMEND, WILL NOT STAY HERE EVER!

Great staff, rooms very clean . It was just a safety issue around the property.
