The gated area for safety The lack of clean bedding with stains and holes, couldn’t open the door, had a grasshopper in the room jumping everywhere, smelled like smoke, was charged an extra $25 I am unsure why if nothing was used, the toilet was not clean, nothing was wiped down at all. Very unpleasant experience.

We were given a card key , once we got to our room, we opened it, someone came up saying im rooming here. That was a shocked to me and my spouse, we were both very tired and had to walk back to the office and get another key. That was a disappointment.

The only thing good was it had security gates and cameras. The room I booked was a king bed. No tv in the room. The ac unit was broken. The portable ac unit had an exhaust pipe going out the window of the room. That was very dangerous and frightening. Anybody could have opened the window and got into the room.

Literally nothing We booked a room at 6am the day we were arriving. We had an event to attend at State Farm Stadium the next day and the pictures looked decent and the price was good. Arrived at the property at around 3p to find a gentleman arguing with the front desk about the fact that they had increased his rate while he was traveling. They had apparently sent him an email earlier in the day. I immediately checked my email to find that they had done that to us as well. They had increased our rate by about 50% and sent me an email at 2:30 pm when check in was at 3p. It was obvious that, with the event we were both attending, demand for rooms had increased significantly, so they raised our rates to capitalize on it. We felt like we had no choice but to pay the difference…so we did, and immediately regretted it. The property was in very poor condition. Looked nothing like the photos on Booking.com. No smoking room had obviously been smoked in…heavily. The walls had obviously been graffitied and they attempted to patch them with paint that didn’t match. The comforter on one of the beds had cigarette burns. The table had chewed gum stuck to it. Towels were dirty. Ice machine was broken. This is what we noticed in the five minutes we were there. The property was not worth what we had originally paid, let alone what they were charging us so we immediately asked for a refund so we could go somewhere else, the manager refused. We booked another place, The Moxey, for about the same price and had a fantastic experience there. Never, ever again. Under no circumstances should anyone stay at this place.

The staff was nice and there was a security guard My bathroom door didn’t close and looked like someone punched a hole in it. Tv was cracked in the top right corner, holes all over the walls, one of our lights didn’t work, a lot of earwigs and extensive damage throughout the room.
