Check in process was very slow bay all the staff was friendly and helpful and the rooms as well as the lobby were updated and clean

Unfortunately the bed was lobsided and sunk in and the pool was a little dirty but other than that we honestly loved our stay

Cleanliness of the room staff was very friendly I would stay again.

Loved the grill and patio area. It was nice to hang out with other guests and play music and enjoy the night.

The room was very open and large easy to move around.

Everything went well.

Property was safe and secure. The room was spacious with two tv's. The check in with the bald headed gentlemen I forget his name was very kind, pleasant and helpful to me and my mom. The check out however left a lot to be desired the hotel did not seem busy but I felt very pressed at 11:30 am instead of the usual 12 noon at other hotels. Never felt that rushed in my life.

The property was neat. The lobby and rooms were well kept. Very comfortable stay

crumbs in the bed, light socket on one side of the bed didn't work and to top it off the A/C didn't work, the hallway was cooler then our room. Luckily it wasn't too hot but in the Arizona heat is not okay.

Our stay was pleasant. The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was ok. The stereo typicle eggs, tots, potatoes

Staff was the best part, we met a gentleman that worked at the front desk, He was easily the most helpful and kind hotel staff member I have ever come across. He showed us some local maps the hotel offered, told us about his recent move here from Texas (we are moving from California), and great dining people had told him about. I believe his name was Thomas, I apologize if I am wrong. He made this stay amazing.

This is not the best hotel in the world. It's not like a boutique hotel but for what it is, it's amazing. It's incredibly clean. It's quiet and the staff are very nice. I would highly recommend this hotel... It's just a standard business hotel but it's well put together and maintained. It's definitely worth staying at
