The staff was very attentive and the few people working were doing what they could, we saw other people getting frustrated for the same reason ,I feel bad for the staff we asked for extra bed sheets and we never got them we had to go out and look for it , we enjoy the beach view the food at the restaurant was really good even when they close a little early one of the days and the menu was limited. I understand the short staffing make a difference but I will come back next time a visit Virginia Beach

I would have given 5 stars but, one The Smoking area is right besides de main door, so tobacco and weed smell is present when someone is smoking, should place that across the parking lot besides de street or up top of parking lot, and I asked for two pillows that were needed for our family and they had none, because the person in charge was all ready gone for the day, on top I had to go down to get it, a hotel without a person to take sheets and pillows to a room and a hotel without a pillow??? come on.... expected more than that. The room was great, beach was awesome!!, Breakfast was great, Staff mostly very friendly except the night manager with no pillows or staff...LOL!!!!, I still will stay stay there again, now that I know the pros and cons....

This is our favorite VA Beach hotel. Great pool, rooms, breakfast, and location. Rooms have a wonderful view of the ocean and boardwalk. Parking is very convenient.

Room was great (stayed in 700). Balcony are my one complaint as they are SUPER shallow and awkward to use because of it. Also could've used a larger fridge as the one in it didnt even havw a freezer cubby. Other than that no complaints. Parking garage was super useful. Took the trolley everywhere (download the HRT app and add funds, you cab get unlimited rides for $4.50 and kids under 18 ride free with an adult rider). beach access was amazing.

Being ocean front. Breakfast was always good. Staff always friendly. The water never got hot in showers and one washer and dryer the whole time for all guest to use. Yes free which is good but trying to get to use was a nightmare. Wish they had more like even two per floor of every other floor.

The sliding glass door had smears and fingerprints and the patio was basic. But for the staff was very friendly and the breakfast buffet was excellent. Everything was stocked and the right temperatures. Great assortment for food which changed daily. The pools were clean with a great bar and seating. You can't beat it for the price. Plenty of parking for $18 a day/night with in and out privileges inside a covered parking garage. Would recommend this hotel.

Great location directly on the beach. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was a great variety. The breakfast area is small for the amount of people. There seemed to always be a long line for the waffle irons and coffee. A second coffee station in the lobby would help. We stayed for 3 nights and did not have housekeeping. I had to go to the front desk to request clean towels and toilet paper. When we left all of our trash cans were overflowing.

Great hotel to stay, close to everything! Staff and checking in was very pleasant, the rooms were very clean! Love our huge balcony to enjoy the sunrise or the sunset or just family time! We will be back definitely!
