Breakfast was great. Staff was friendly. Condition of the overall building. For what I paid I expected better. It was dingy and the room was not set up the way it was advertised (specifically no sleeper couch but a pull out trundle, those are not the same).

The breakfast was wonderful We were not disappointed in any aspect of our stay

The room was clean, the staff went out of their way to help us with more bedding and towels, the breakfast was good, could have a few more choices, but way better than some other places. The hot tub was hot, which is very good.

This isn’t your average Spring Hill. It’s not bad, but I guess my expectations were elevated with other Spring Hill locations I’ve been to. It was a great price on booking! Not the usually Spring Hill look and feel. The check in process took a little longer than expected, especially at 11:30 p.m. when we checked in. We were ready to get to bed.

Breakfast was great. Many doors to the building for easy access

Hot tub was not working only 2of the flow jets it was like warm but they did turn up heat second day, we asked when checked in if was working they said yes yet it really wasnt

The location, quiet, restaurant next door

Room was very clean. Bathroom door wouldn’t latch or stay closed and beds were very hard. Breakfast was good and coffee was great!

The beds were cozy, the a/c worked well, it was good that they had a pool, breakfast closed a tad early, liked that there was a sitting area.

Breakfast was terrific. Loved it all. Pool and hot tub were available lots of hours. Restaurant near by. Staff friendly and helpful.

Location and value Disappointing breakfast. Very limited options. No meat course. Kids cereal only. No pastries. Scrambled eggs without bacon or sausage?? Poor quality biscuits. Good coffee though.

The room I booked was a 2 queen with a sofa. I loved how spacious it was & how it had to different areas with 2 TVs in the same room. Great for families. Hot tub & pool was nice to. I didn't appreciate not being informed when I got there to check into my room that I would have no hot water. No one said anything! It wasn't until after hot tub/pool time and my family tried taking hot showers we discovered that we had nothing but cold water, not even warm water. I call the front desk to be told , oh yeah we had 2 water heaters break this week so there's currently no hot water. I'm like that's something that should of been told prior to checking in. The guy is like we must of forgotten that part.
