At check-in, we were informed that because we had a service dog, we were required to stay in a specific room designated for guests with dogs. This practice raises serious concerns regarding compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act. Service animals are not classified as pets, and restricting guests to certain rooms on this basis is inappropriate and potentially discriminatory. Additionally, the room presented ongoing sanitation issues. We encountered well over a dozen roaches during our stay, despite maintaining a clean environment with no food debris. This indicates a larger pest control issue that was not properly addressed and made the room unsuitable for occupancy. Furthermore, the condition of the property does not align with the images and representations provided online. The advertising is misleading and does not accurately reflect the actual state of the accommodations.Given the length of our stay and the conditions we were required to endure, this experience fell significantly below any reasonable standard of hospitality.

Know when you check in that there is no luggage rack to transport your items to an extended stay property. The sign right outside of the property says " fully furnished". There is a stove, microwave and refrigerator. There are no coffee pot, dishes, cups, glasses, pots, pans, utensils or hangers. There are 2 towels and one roll of toilet paper that will not be replaced for your stay. There is only one small bar of soap for the bathroom sink. Bring everything. That being said, this is clearly not meant to be a vacation rental. It is residential. There are many families living there full time. The school bus stops in the parking lot to bring and return the children residents to school. For this, I believe, they are supplying a great service to the community. After speaking with the friendly folks that live there, I learned that the property used to be inhabited by some of the most unsavory folks of our population. Positive changes have been made to make it a safe affordable living situation. I applaud that. I will choose a different property next year but wish them success in the service they are providing to the residents that live there.

The front desk clerk ashton refused to refund deposit and refund money after early check out! I am furious and will never recommend staying there to my worst enemy.

The biggest problem was the presence of roaches in the room. Seeing multiple insects crawling around made it impossible to feel comfortable or safe, and it raised serious concerns about hygiene standards. This alone made the stay extremely unpleasant. The “General Manager” Charles was extremely rude! We booked a stay for a week coming in from out of town and were concerned about arriving close to closing office hours so we contacted the office with concerns to weigh our options. Charles dismissed us as if we were nothing, then when asked his name he became snappy. Additionally, there were groups of people hanging around outside the property at all hours, which made the environment feel unsafe and unwelcoming. Overall, I would not recommend staying here. Between the cleanliness issues, poor customer service, and uncomfortable atmosphere, this was easily one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had! Pictures are falsely advertised for the property.

My booking started on March 13, 2026. I got to the hotel a little after 8PM, front desk was locked at 7PM. I called the number on the door as directed and the man who answered said he couldn't help, I had to return for check-in 11 AM on March 14, 2026. That instruction wasn't given when I made the booking. Conveniently when I pointed it out to the General Manager, the information changed on Expedia to say check-in ends at 7PM. Imagine being left stranded as an international traveller because the hotel you booked didn't leave clear instructions on their check -in policy. Thank God, I had alternative options for the night. When I checked in on March 14, 2026, I was told I was a no show, not true! So, my original reservation was cancelled and my 10days stay, changed to 7 days.....I stayed until the Monday, when I was told by Charles to check out because they didn't have a room to replace the defective one I was placed in...I was only refunded 3days. This Hotel not recommended, it is not suitable for guests. Zero Star!

Not really, but housekeeping and the manager moved quickly to fix the problem The property is much improved from what it used to be and the staff was friendly.
-
The place is not bad they tried upgrading the rooms which was OK however, there is no cart to be able to bring up your belongings so you have to carry them all the way through the hotel to your room.
-
You can tell it is an old building. Everything worked fine. Could use a closet, no where to hang clothes.

My reservation was not honored.

The credit is bad because they didn't provide necessary amenities for every day hotel stay,so as a poor guest with low budget I gotta buy few staff stuff that they didn't provide like soaps, clean towels, toilet paper, coffee, etc so it was terrible, also restroom broken and they don't have customers service front desk 24/7

Overall decent experience. Bathroom light switch worked half the time and my food spoiled in the fridge, even with it turned to the coldest setting.

No one at the property office to check us in. We had to find another hotel and deposit was not refunded.

Should have offered a refund given the terrible condition of the room. Filthy and unsafe.

The manager put me out on my second day from paying 625$ for a week because someone that was coming to my room was drunk and called him out his name.. he called the police on him and put me out for trespassing like I did not have a room there and wouldn't talk to me locked the office and would not refund me my money . Then he only refunded me 298 and I paid 625

The entire night was miserable. The marijuana smoke smell was so strong it was literally as if someone was in my room smoking marijuana. There was loud music and arguing with frequently bottles being broken until 3:30am. I left as early as I felt safe enough to leave my room. The office was closed when I left so I called the number on the door later in the day in order to speak to the front desk person for a refund. I received $50 back. Called back for the remaining $585.84 and was told by front desk, refunds are up to corporate. Corporate says its their policy they do not give refunds. This place is unsafe, unsanitary and criminal and should be condemned.

I found the property exactly what I was in need of. Great laundry and staff was helpful to meet my needs.
