Sound proof was poor. I could hear my neighbor watching TV even after 10PM. AC was loud.

Hotel was a 10 minute walk to the DC metro

This is a decent choice in the area. We have no complaints and it wasn’t amazing. I’d say a solid very good. We felt the bed was too firm but another in our party liked it. It was clean and not loud. Body wash dispenser was broken. The am front desk person was rude - not at all helpful to a foreign traveler and outright lied about not having a printer, since she printed a receipt for me before I even asked for it. Evening check-in was great! Super helpful person moved us to adjacent rooms. Breakfast and parking for a fee. We did not eat. Lot is a bit tight if you have a big car but there is a deck we didn’t use. I’d stay there again or choose a different option if it was cheaper.

It took so long to check in as a group of kids decided to descend upon the snack bar and the one desk clerk had to ring them up. That was a turn off since we were tired and just wanted to get to bed

Wonderful staff; fast check-in and check-out; stylish, comfortable rooms (oh the pillows!); pleasant lobby; 30 minute walk to the train station; good value Limited breakfast options. Bistro staff is amazing but food is just OK.

Robin was fantastic! I was having a bad day of travel and she went above and beyond to make it better. My stay was restful.

I love the location, the staff was wonderful! The parking was great because we had a large truck and we were able to easily park it in a well lit and secure area. I loved the shower! The walk-in was extra nice. The telephone and also television didn’t work. The television works once maintenance arrived, which happened very quickly. The elevators are pretty scary. The coffee in the rooms could really do with better creamer. It hardly did anything to the coffee. I had to purchase my own and keep it in the refrigerator. The fridge is extraordinarily tiny. I could not fit anything except for two bottles of water. The cost of the rooms do not match the actual rooms. I understand that it is in a prime location however, I travel a lot and wasn’t too impressed with the in room amenities.

Very helpful with giving suggestions about the area . Our room smelled and the air conditioner moaned loudly all night . When I spoke with the girl at the front desk in the morning her reply was OK .. then I asked about where the metro and what line it was, she was very Kurt and just pointed and said that way ! 15.00 for 2 coffees and no GF options for breakfast. Location was good.
