Great stay
-
My "go to" hotel when in the Washington, D.C. - Alexandria, VA region.
-
My rental car was left on blocks and the wheels stolen! They still charged me for overnight parking even after the vehicle was returned to the rental location.
-
The hotel itself is very nice and well kept. We had quite a long wait at the front desk, but our room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Our biggest complaint is that our toilet room (separate from the shower) continuously gave off a sulfur smell into our room. It was very strong after we came back from dinner and being out for the evening.

I feel this particular property has declined a bit. We stayed 3 nights. Room was never cleaned. We put towels in hallway as directed - they were not replaced. Had no towels at all, try calling front desk they don’t answer. Had to go there at 10pm after a long day to ask for some. The lighting in the room and bathrooms are entirely too dim. Breakfast is not how I remembered it in the past, but there are just sooo many people with all the school trips I guess they do their best. I just feel that housekeeping could have gone into my room to at least give us new towels since they clearly picked up the ones we left outside the door, yet they didn’t and never came in once to even empty waste baskets.

Clean property with friendly staff and parking
-
Two day stay. It was very clean and very friendly staff. The breakfast in the morning was a plus.
-
Definitely pleased with my stay, especially for the price compared to everything else I saw when booking. Room and bathroom were clean, I didn't get the ick from anything. Breakfast was typical, nothing to shake a stick at but not bad. Parking was $15/day which also wasn't bad compared to other hotels around. Would stay again.
-
I liked the space in the room. I did not like the fact that the room was not cleaned after the first night. One thing I enjoy about staying in a hotel is that the bed gets made, and the bathroom is cleaned every day. We had to ask for clean towels.
-
Everything was great. Just keep in mind that you’ll have to pay for parking.
-
Location is good Room cleaning happens every other day Breakfast is average

The staff at check in couldn't have been nicer. She was so accommodating, and made an excellent impression. The room itself, King Corner Suite, was spotless clean, spacious, and very well appointed. The bed/pillows were very comfortable, and the shower was excellent. The person who checked me out, was also very friendly and personable. Kudos to the front of house staff. The hotel is in a strange location. It feels like the middle of a concrete jungle of office buildings, one on top of the other. Just felt strange and unappealing. Don't like having to pay $15 a night for parking, and even though the breakfast area was spacious and clean, the breakfast itself was limited and very basic. But the staff working breakfast was very friendly. In the end, I loved the hotel facilities and staff, but not the location.
