Holiday Inn Express & Suites Charlotte North by IHG

2nd night got awoken by neighbor with loud tv at 1:30am. Knocked on door and no one opened. Asked front desk and they said they called and knocked on door but no one opened. It made my 2nd day not so pleasant on my trip.

They have removed all the coffee pots from the rooms. You have to request a coffee pot at the front desk. Otherwise you have to get dressed and go downstairs in the morning and get coffee from the food service. There is a free hot breakfast and coffee in the lobby, it was just a bummer to see that they have removed Coffee from the rooms. The clientele was also very noisy. Waking me up from Frum sounds in the corridor and echoing through the atrium at all hours of the night. Woke up almost on the hour every hour, even though I had a white noise machine in my room.

all were as expected. parking is an issue as there were many trucks, etc taking up double spaces.

The breakfast was well stocked, fresh, and a good variety.

Nice hotel. Expansive room. The hotel and room were very well maintained and clean. The hotel was very quiet. Good parking.

The hotel was awesome. Came down for the NASCAR race and the hotel was about 15 minutes from the track. Room was big, the beds were amazing. Would definitely stay here again.

Room was clean although looked like a repair was done but not completely finished painting and patched on one of the walls. Quiet hotel seemed to have most of the updated amenities.

We arrived and hotel was perfect. Smelt clean as soon as we entered lobby as well as the elevators and room. We like to be in a clean hotel, and this was perfect. Breakfast was more than expected and was great as well. Also used the exercise room for walking and treadmills were top notch. Would highly recommend this hotel for anyone traveling.

Breakfast was fresh, staff was very pleasant and helpful. Parking was a little tight but okay.

Location Atrium style makes it noisey during breakfast hours Young children should be on lower floors so adults don't have to hear jumping and running overhead

Overall Great Stay. Breakfast was basic and could use some upgrading.

I was unexpectedly suprised by the hotel. I was impressed. The breakfast is top tier. The hotel was quiet during the evening hours. I loved the entrance and the decor was beautiful. I would stay again. I did not care for the location.

Very nice place. Seems like they could have sound proofed the rooms a little better. Breakfast was good, nice variety hot and ready. Staff was very helpful and very nice.

the hallways and being able to look down the floors; room was very nice and clean, general walk in lobby was very nice! nothing! ?

Quick busiess trip and this property was exceptional.
