We had a wonderful stay however we booked a day of spa treatments and had to check out at noon so that was disappointing after spending $2000 on a suite!

Loved the location. Loved the property , staff, amenities, and service. I did not live the brutal Chicago cold. Four below is just hateful cold weather. Want to return this summer or fall to enjoy the area. Excellent property. Definitely recommend you stay if in Chicago.

the staff is the absolute nicest and eficient in Chicago. Location is prime, Spa is top notch. Rooms are all extremely quiet. Shaghai Terrace has the best Peking Duck in the world, wonderful presentation, You will not regret the stay.
