Room was clean, staff extremely helpful, and made to order breakfast was good too.

Great location for a concert at Jacob's Pavilion. Took the free water taxi across the river, and walked back. Felt completely safe and fun. Rooms were newly updated and clean. Very nice hotel!

My room was great. It overlooked Lake Erie, which was absolutely beautiful. The items in the food area were a bit expensive, but the breakfast sandwich was good. I do wish there was a pool in the hotel. I would come back to stay again.

They are not very attentive to issues. When we left for breakfast, a dog had pee'd all over the entry way (we watched it happen) and when we came back over an hour later, there were still puddles. There was a bag of dog poop in the lobby for almost our entire stay. Elevators felt grimy. Room wasn't terrible but everything else felt dingy.

Price was right. The property was convenient to our destination. The room was clean, comfortable and. Decently appointed.

Everything was great, except the air did not circulate very well in the room and their was a barking dog in the room across the hallway.

great bar and bartenders, hotel was clean Aswell and even had 2 fire restaurants in the main floor lobby and yes they have great food and drinks in both
