Motel 6 East Syracuse, NY – Airport

This is not a motel stop at! Avoid it at all cost. Yes pets are free. The rooms are not clean, the towels are bare thread. The staff is okay.

The hallway smelled of stale cigarettes and mildew. 4 walls and a roof, if there are other options take it.

Room waa Awww a very clean and I wasn’t bothered by anyone, staff gave me no trouble for checking out early

the towels are kind of small, and we had to ask for new ones, stayed 4 nights and we wanted new towels after 2 nights. very slow or not at all for coffee in the lobby. if your looking for a place to just sleep, shower and such. it's the place that's affordable. no issues.

The bathrooms were discussing as the tubs were scratched and need to be replaced. The Over flow was falling out of the tub. The sink drain was slow in draining and need to have maintenance done on them. The mattress need to be replaced. Will never stay with again.

Got a room fast when other place doesn't have any room

I complained about bed bugs on my second morning there under two separate bookings and planned on coming back the next night but when I went to the desk at about 2 AM there were no rooms to move into so I had to pay for another hotel for the night. When I went back the next night after booking my room here because the front desk told me they did not have any rooms for the Saturday night at about 11:16 PM the front desk clerk proceeds to tell me that he found my reservation but that he can not sell it to me because I have been placed on a DNR list Do Not Rent - Why because I complained about bed bugs and got my money back for the affected one night. I still came back to stay with you prepared to pay, heck I did with the Expedia reservation. So again I am paying for another hotel luckily I found one with a room. There was no manager to talk to or call and the 800 number sucks and now mind you I am needing the room due to the recent passing of my mother with whom I was staying with to care for her. No phone call offering not even a sorry let alone something further for all the aggravation.

All okay, safe and secure, priced right

Refrigerator and bottom of the bed look like it had water damage. Tub was peeling an so was the sink

Clean room,friendly staff I love it to stay there I will book it next time again

Staff was ok and room wasn’t so clean. Bathroom tub was filthy. We showered with flip flops

Very unhappy the hotel price should had provided us better quality! There wasn’t even water when checking in. If there was an opportunity for a refund I would take even if it was 1/2 the cost of my stay. Poor Service. Thank you for asking!

Female staff person at reception desk was rude.

Smelled like bleach and smoke and people were yelling and screaming all night

Nthg Washroom was not clean, the floor were sticky and the room was stinky

Window were broken Staff was rude

Terrible

At check, instead of a welcome, we got a lecture about n0-smoking in the room, threatening us with a cleaning bill (we don't smoke, but whatever). Left the lobby, turned the corner to our room and the hallway reeked of cig smoke. I'm pretty sure it was the dude at the counter smoking the place up.
