The night that I arrived they had to change my room two times, first when I got to my room the door was open and broken. Went to inform them of the situation and they gave me another room and when I open the door what a bad oder again I had to inform them. Finally I got another room couldn't use the wifi, because it just didn't work. I can say that the breakfast was good and the lady that works there very well manner. I should get refunded for all I went to the first night.

While navigating back to the front desk we noticed trash in the hallway in multiple sections, holes/lifted carpet in the hallway. Due to a flight delay, we arrived super late well after midnight. We thought that it was just super dark outside but noticed that there were actually huge trash bags covering the windows in one of the sections that we had to walk through to get to the front desk. The hotel is currently trying to charge me for a night’s stay when we only stayed for a few minutes, despite sharing photos of the conditions. Please pick somewhere else.

It was 60 degrees in Fahrenheit in a room. People who work there, told me that it is a summer time and no heat available in any room when I asked to move me to another room. I would rather pay more money but be comfortable

They owe me money. Couldn't figure out where the charge came from and this charge isnt on my itemized receipt. They owe my card $219.96 . Other than that there was this Amazing front desk lady she was sweet and very helpful to me. The beds are hard. They kept the hotel very clean!

But the toilet didn’t function very well The business property is very large looks in need of a renovation

Was a nice place to stay, room very clean. Had to leave really early in morning so I didn't get to try breakfast but maybe next time.

Of the room when we were gone the first day . The phone did both work,- -and toilet was not flushing properly so I fixed it easily,

The value for money was worth it

Our reservations were for a Suite, 1 King Bed with Sofa bed. We were given a room with 2 Queen beds, AC was not functioning, on the wall was an opening with exposed live wires (literally), no light in the bathroom and entranceway, toilet paper roll was on the floor because the holder was broken, windows were onto an internal room where there was a wedding till past midnight (forget sleep), cofee machine broken for the whole stay. When we complained we were told that all were booked. This was a literal nightmare. I don't think that we should be charged for this. I will attach photos to show that I am not exaggerating. Definitely you should NEVER recommend this Hotel to anyone.

My only criticism would be the tiles in the bathroom floors. They need an upgrade in the grouting. The floors must have been recently washed as they were a bit slippery. Some new decorating would also help. Thankyou…

N'nannika provided excellent customer service. She was extremely attentive to each customer's needs. She was able to multitask and prioritize each problem/ question that was presented to her grace and poise. She is qualified to be manager and should be promoted above her peers. Job well done!!

Breakfast staff very friendly and attentive. Very noisy in the halls and parking lot. Rooms not very sound proof.

Room was dirty, atmosphere is uncomfortable, we ended up checking out before we even got the car unloaded. Do not recommend.

The place I think is under renovations. It can only explain why the carpeting in the hallway had a plastic layer on top. The place smelled of something. Not sure what it was but it was not pleasant. The complimentary breakfast was awful. No choices really. And it seemed like the family that was there were only there for whatever free food they had and not actually people who are staying at the hotel. Also security is terrible. The pool looked nice. Unfortunately there wasn't any water in it and it appeared to be a storage room. Had a random stranger start knocking on our door at 11am at night. And he kept knocking all the way up to when the cops told him to stop. Apparently he was there to visit Victoria. Well there was no Victoria to be seen in our room. So overall I would never stay there or any other Quality Inns ever again. This isn't the only place by Quality where we have experienced issues. So unless you are a hooker named Victoria I would not recommend this facility. Oh and Victoria, well played.

I enjoyed my stay. The room was clean. The breakfast bar was satisfying and front desk was very helpful.
